Lopez one of the most uninspiring podiums at a GT I can recall.
Certainly. But Uran's last year was even more uninspiring. I only saw him once the whole Tour. When he stood on the podium in Paris.

Let's hope that Carapaz can do something today. He does seem stronger than Lopez at the moment.
You didn't watch carefully then. Urán won a stage on a single speed bike ;)

This. That was a great stage.

Kirby with the extremely insightful comment that riders descending go at a different speed than riders climbing
I think in last year I heard him talking about drafting and motorbikes, he was saying that having a motorbike following you also provides aerodynamic effect that "pushes" the cyclist forward...

I'm not watching and I don't care about this race anymore. Puff Daddy just ruined my favorite GT.

I think I'm just about done with cycling until guys like Froome and Valverde are around ...

This is the slowest I've seen the peloton go, like in the whole race.
These guys are just smashed.

Whereas this lad had yesterday off...

True. Not nearly as large as a bike ahead, but true.
Side drafting is also a thing.

So you mean that the rest of us won't have to put up with your incessant whining anymore?

I don't see how this race has been ruined, it's been the best Giro in years..
