Will be amazing to see a neutralized Mortiwronglol 5 more times before we see her classical side again.Thanks. At least it will be ready for an inclusion in the coming years.
Carlos Ivan Oyarzun in 2011. Don‘t know if there were more.Rojas I think will be the first Chilean in the Giro ever.
This is why it was really annoying that they did a stage finish at Aprica in 2022, and for some reason used the eastern side of the Mortirolo, when it made more sense to use the classic side.Unfortunately, i don't think Aprica is the reachest ski station, nor the province or Brescia is the most intersted in promoting that area, so the absence of classic Mortirolo may also have some economical
It's still last year's edition on the site: https://www.giroditalia.it/garibaldi/anyone have a link to the road book?
Had they just done Trivigno as the penultimate climb, it'd have been a much better stage. This is why it was really annoying that they did a stage finish at Aprica in 2022, and for some reason used the eastern side of the Mortirolo, when it made more sense to use the classic side.
That stage was not bad per se, but I also prefer the classic Mortirolo stage, especially if you include the Corteno Golgi murito instead of the full statale. This is why it was really annoying that they did a stage finish at Aprica in 2022, and for some reason used the eastern side of the Mortirolo, when it made more sense to use the classic side.
Seeing they just started working on the roads a month ago according to Eshnar, I think the road book might still take a while.anyone have a link to the road book?
I'm afraid I can't do that. So you better be patient..!They'll probably publish it around the same time EF announces their team.
RCS won't even be able to retaliate after Tudor breaks their deal like that, as they will qualify for an automatic wildcard next year.Yannis Voisard will replace Hirschi...
Something similar will happen to the Vuelta with Q36.5 and Pidcock.RCS won't even be able to retaliate after Tudor breaks their deal like that, as they will qualify for an automatic wildcard next year.
"This kind of behaviour is disgusting and disrespectful to these great and historic races, and you would never have seen anybody dare to behave like this in my time", said a prominent ex-cyclist disappointed to see such withdrawals.Something similar will happen to the Vuelta with Q36.5 and Pidcock.
Pidcock has said his goal is the MTB World Championships. Before the Vuelta even starts, they'll say he's not going, or at most, he'll retire in the first day of rest.

Too easy, too early in the race and too far from the finish to really hope for a GC battle.Looking at the last climb, stage 3 my already be a GC stage.

Why would they do a Finestre MTF though, they‘d just do loops around Sestriere.I'm starting to hope bad weather makes the north side of the Finestre unridable so they instead go for a Finestre mtf from the south side. That way we could get a "Grappa stage", a "Mortirolo stage" and a "Finestre stage" all in one Giro without any of them being remotely interesting. Don't think we'll ever come this close to achieving the trinity of fake mythical stages again.
For the meme! Why would they do a Finestre MTF though, they‘d just do loops around Sestriere.
