For once last minute route changes may be positive, although even if it is added, I think some teams will protest to have it removed anyway and wouldn't even be in the wrong.

If it's seriously still a possibility, then they should have officially announced it in March that they would do that side if it's ready for the race. There has been no official talk about it at all from RCS.
