yep and hes the first person in history to be not happy with something

nothing more pathetic in sport then the cyclingnews anti cadel residence - nothing funny or original in anything they post

I'm an Aussie and choose not to be bias towards our riders unlike some others on here...

i wonder if you would be able to put a bet on that cadel will be the only bmc rider to finish to giro

After today I would hope Cadel has the presence of mind to pull out and refocus on the Tour. He'll have to slog through all seven rings of hell to even get back into the top 5 after today. No use to this IMO.

Sastre has won the giro. No doubt about it now!
Well he hasn't shown any form yet and there are still people who can beat him, one of them being his own teammate...

another abandonement for bmc...santambrogio.

Man, I really feel sorry for you. Not a fan of Cadel but also not a hater like so many people here. Maybe it is a WC jersey curse or just bad luck, but you should face the truth-Evans will never be a GT winner...

Will you PLEASE stop it? I don't care who starts it, you are all just as bad as each other, on both sides. Can't we just talk about the damn bike race? I'd like a moratorium on comments on Cadel Evans until at least the next time he appears in live coverage.

Santambrogio? Wtf?

Would love to get footage of this 56 man train going off the front.

There was probably an understanding that a group would be let go and the GC guys would take it easy during the long stage, but it got out of hand somehow.

i agree, don't think he will pull out though. he may go for a stage win and then just ride around for training the rest of the giro.

Bull****!!! If it happened to a top team like liquigas it would of or could of happened to anyone.

Completely different. It happened to Liquigas on a far harder stage where teammates wouldn't be of much use.

In this stage, domestiques are worth gold.

The house is on fire, and his stocks of vegamite are in danger of going up in smoke. The flames are starting to lick at the edges of all the Cadel posters.

I just sprayed OJ over my desk. Thanks.

Pretty unbelieveable that you can comprehensively f the first week up, and then just go and get all the time back in a breakaway on an intermediate stage. I'll bet Pozzovivo wishes he had stuck it out a bit longer now, could have been back in the running.

Come on! And you are suppose to be a Cadel fan!? Seriously, Sastre is in really bad shape, what makes you think he can suddenly get in form just because he gain a lot of time? Have some faith for goodness sake!! Cadel will win this!!

And could someone please explain the situation in the peloton at the moment? Who are pacing? What are Astana, BMC and Lampre up to? Liquigas?

Dude, you are way too easy to yank.

If the MR group can get its sh!t together, Evans still has a chance.
