Liquigas could be in trouble by pushing the pace for so long. Smyzd is all they have left to pull for Nibali and Basso. Is he going to pull the entire next climb and the beginning of the Zoncolan? Maybe they'll have someone come back on during the descent who can drill it at the start of the next climb.

Universal showing 28.6 to go right now.

Group is getting bigger in the downhill now. Tondo and co are set to return

Wiggins also had to let go by the way

Wigans looked laboured on the climb. He was hurting. Looked like too much for this time of year. He should do the best he can and rest up for stage 16. He may have a slight chance to get another stage win...very slight chance.

If Liquigas can reduce the peloton more, then it doesn't matter if they have anyone left at the Zoncolan. Nibali or Basso will go on the attack.

Porte looked heaps better there.

I think Basso/Evans will be in a class of their own today. Maybe Nibali and Scarponi will join them again.

Cheers. I just read somewhere that someone said said he was going off the back on the previous climb!

If Szmyd is setting the pace on the next climb, too, riders might start to come back. Maybe Laeky is going to sacrifice Nibali (Basso'll still need him to descend, though).
