Astana tactics are pretty useless. "Lets up the pace and isolate Contador with 2 teammates, and then slow down again and allow his teammates to come back".

Not that i want Astana to attack big, but they are playing it way to safe to gain anything.

The group with the favourites was slowed down on the descent by the red flag, thus allowing others to come back

Astana already stopped riding way before that. Tinkoff Saxo wasn't setting a hard tempo on the descent anyways.

It's not like the red flag stopped their attack or anything.
