They're not allowed to, something about their hearing in these situations.

I would have thought that being able to hear team-mates would be important in any TTT, but doesn't seem to be an issue there.

Think we've found one thing that definitely needs to be improved for next year.
Here are my - very unprofessional - suggestions:

1: Wider roads. Maybe also more straight ones.

2: Dunno if this is possible, but a change in the point-to-seconds calculations, so there might just be a bit more time between each team starting.

The sad thing is that this could actually be very entertaining if drafting wouldn't be a problem. The battle between Sunweb and Sky is pretty exciting.
