True -Riis supposedly did that, being a great colleague and all..
I do think his motives where other than beeing that though.
As far as I recall their relationship at the time was pretty cooled.
And yes... Only beeing mentioned in scenario four is not sufficient.
As I stated in the last sentence a mix is also possible..
Placing the Rasmussen dismissal somewhere between one and two would be my updated guess..
