did race in the Tour. To make a fair comparison, he would have had to skip the Tour entirely, citing rest as a priority.
Second, Visma reported only contusions for Vingegaard—no broken bones—which is quite different from Pogacar’s broken wrist, and you know that.
Third, Pogacar’s collapse on Loze in 2023 seems largely unrelated to this debate; whether his wrist injury influenced that collapse remains uncertain. It’s clearly irrelevant to whether Vingegaard can or cannot race now—so bringing it up feels like an old argument being recycled.
