sounds like somebody pretty close to, and currently pretty pissed off at, our friend Creed.
but haven't seen any reason to not believe him/her.
he/she does have some sort of evidence wrt Creed confessing to dope.
so not sure why he/she would then go on to make things up wrt JV.

edit:
Race Radio now joining the debate
genius Race Radio
‏@RetardRaceRadio

@veloclinic @its_cleanuptime The funny part is JV hired Lim in 2007 knowing Lim was the drug courier. Mr anti-doping.
(this is the real RR, in't it? or is it some spoof account?)

Creed peed off a few folk when he had Chris Carmichael on his podcast and now I think he's doing some coaching through him too.

"Mike has some old emails between him and JV, where JV explains to him exactly how to gear up. #thismuchpower"

ouch, especially if that was during Creed's Garmin years...

did Creed ever go on Garmin? Coulda been on TIAA-CRef, or TIAA-Creff the American domestic/UCI div3 espoir development team

Makes it worse, given their alleged reson detre at the time.

it was most likely when they both rode for Prime Alliance

Confirmed in the anonymous twittering account as Prime Alliance. At least one other rider thrown under the bus by Joe Papp. If we can believe Joe Papp.

There's no possibility of a case. USAC is okay with doping.

no surprises here

"And the claim by JV that he has a naturally high hematocrit is ***..."
"JV brought his hematocrit up with EPO prior to testing so he could get the pass for it during the season"
"if your hematocrit is naturally high JV, go and get it test right now and tell us what it is. I guarantee it wont be what you claimed it was"

keep it comin', John.

It will be legit. In most other walks of life you would say you could not make the this *** up, in pro-cycling it's to be expected. What's Mike saying about it all?

Claims to have been a pro for 10 years, his Tweets read something similar to Matt Cookes, who has butted heads with Creed recently.

which also means its quite possible and credulous as it is made up.

Re: JV's most recent Hct test (allegedly taken as part of an insurance policy testing protocol)

I found it telling that JV wrote <= 140 characters regarding his 54% Hct, when a picture would have told 1000 words regarding his most recent Hct test. But once again his mate(s) swallow whatever he says and then regurgitate it on demand. Not to mention any drinking / dehydration possibilities, or the fact you can manipulate Hct by changing your posture.

Really?

Seriously?

Jonathan Vaughters was reminded of one of controversial Italian Ferrari's rules of the road whilst watching Wiggins ride away from some of the best young stage-racers on a bumpy day in the 2005 Tour de l'Avenir, or "Tour of the Future".

...

But Vaughters, who had been 'coached' by Ferrari at US Postal and was now thinking about running his own team, saw Wiggins' surprise win that day differently.

He saw the embodiment of Ferrari's belief that if you can find a young cyclist who can generate 500 watts of power for five minutes, which is basically what Wiggins had done to win his Olympic pursuit title, they might be able to sustain that for 50 minutes as a mature cyclist.
...

Yeah right. Wiggo rode away with a team mate. And the green jersey at the time - you know best sprinter ffs. Guy nearly held the sprint jersey too, only just missing out on the final stage or so.

What an absolute crock of shite.

Race radio is wrong
RR made two assertions I think.
1. John-itscleanuptime is Phil Z.
2. the screenshots are from Lance's mobile phone (suggesting Lance is behind all this)
Are both assertions wrong?
