Why do you have to be so darn lovable El Curmudgeon? :D

Nobody is suggesting he should jump to the head of the prosecution line. All in good time. Besides the fact he’s a conman, deadbeat dad and possible embezzler, did you see the shot of him in his Argos kit? If nothing else, he needs jail time for that alone. (video 1:15)

Are you not reading this thread? Its like posters had their lunch boxes taken away by him at recess. But when Floyd/Tyler did it they sat in the corner wishing on a star for a miracle to happen as they were only part of the system

Same exact thing, different names, same suckers.

Are there no mods to troll today or something?

The Floyd fund was for his defense, even though he was guilty that's what the money was spent on.
Unless the Kimmage fund was set up as the Arron Hiding In Girona fund then people who contributed should certainly feel aggrieved.

I get it. You think people who contributed to the PK Fund are suckers. They should have known better because of the failure of the Floyd fund and there's too much noise about being conned by AB compared to Floyd’s con. I wasn’t around when the FFF happened, but just because a cycling fund failed in the past doesn’t mean they are all doomed in the future. One fund was used for its purpose (FFF) and the other the majority of the money has gone missing (PK) . Different set of circumstances and people have the right to be upset about it.

Anyways, hopefully things will eventually work out with the PK Fund. Think positive el. :)

Due to him being the ONLY one with back dated child support I'm sure it will jump to the head of the line

He suckered people plain and simple, its the easiest con on the planet! Why are you so bent on a $74K fraud (which actually gave a bit to Kimmage), when there are corporations which are frauding billions? Or do you work for one of those corporations :D

Yeah, we get it. You think he should get a pass. I doubt the government shares your opinion.

So what is the level that it is ok for the police to get involved? $80,000? Is everyone allowed to steal $74,000 or just AB? If we should ignore stealing, with the exception of corporations stealing billions then could I borrow the keys to your house? I just need to use the bathroom

Nope. Re-read, I'm only surprised by everyone well almost everyone's shock and horror at the Nth repeat of a cycling farce as if none have ever occurred before. If the posts were even along the lines of some knowledge to what has happened so far, even in the past year I might not be so equally yet polar oppositely shocked at the posters.

Oh, I get your point now.

You think it is ok to steal from cyclists because the sport has been screwed up for years.

Got it

Note for the rest. Race Radio donated $29.95 (or there abouts) to an unknown person (although self proclaims to be involved with Pro Cycling) who had a cool twitter handle (we all know how legit twit handles are) and posted snarky posts but never promised to pass it on to anyone else yet is baffled (can't use the real word) no one will search the glob for this guy with his $29.95, mabye Richie Porte will lend you the $29.95 for 7 or so years it takes (so far with Floyd) to cover your concerns.

Back on Topic, Kimmage is now probably back peddling with this now fund-less case, not a good thing (but I'm sure the above will read it as the opposite as he tends to do).

On a side note. A Clinic 12 funds the bad guys, how many more will come out as funding the bad guys? This is so comical now, you can't make this stuff up :D

Ha ha laugh it up. You no make no sense Eldipstick. You only laugh now because you were unable to donate in the first place... this is to assuage your own feelings of inadequacy that you could not come up with $5 bucks at the time. So now you try and gloat. Which places you in a worse place then the so called "losers" who did donate. So I am laughing at you!!!

Look like I'm hitting too close to home, maybe the grass isn't as green as you'd like? Ouch much with those posts? $29.95, hits many people harder than? Well I don't know actually I still have my $29.95 :D

As for your modifications of the quote, guess it read to hard for you, I understand, its a hefty loss for you.

The 12 are not but a figment of your imagination, isn't it.

@UCI_Overlord Thanks for the email but spare me your good wishes. Where is the money from the defence fund? When will you be returning it?

Good wishes, as in get your case done with those wishes because there is no fund.

Poor Paul, but for those of you have hopefully finally learned your lesson and are still on Paul's side. Paul can be found on the internet and you can send him funds (aka money) directly and not through a third party which will get lost (again). So again, send the money directly if not personally to the person(s) you want to help not somebody else, got it? I may of forgotten to state this before in my previous posts but really I am usually laughing to hard at hearing grown people sending money to help a person to someone else and then complain it didn't get there. So quit making me laugh so hard, send it direct! ;)

It appears AB has retained a lawyer and is contesting Lesli/Cyclismas’ lawsuit. Or he’s stalling for time. No chance in resolving this anytime soon now. Other than that, not much has changed in the last six weeks. AB is still in control of the PK fund and remains silent. It is not known whether the PK Fund is intact or not. Kimmage says he doubts he will ever see the PK Fund money again.

A petition has been started by a donor of the fund addressed to AB’s lawyer asking for the release of the funds to Kimmage.

I would not be surprised if AB issues a statement saying, ‘It’s a complicated legal matter and I can’t release the money right now *chuckle*’.

Waiting for EC’s response in 3-2-1 ;)

The comedy continues, there is not enough popcorn for all of these stories going on right now! Wait! I'll start a fund to help me keep my popcorn supplies intact! ;)

Not sure what the purpose of the petition itself is, but the guy who set it up is a judge, and has tweeted about filing some sort of legal action himself as a donor to the fund. He's got his emails back and forth with Brown's lawyer on the petition site. No idea where all this will eventually go.

Judge Bill Hue of "Trust but Verify" fame and ardent defender of Floyd Landis before Floyd came over to the good side. He was on a mission to destroy USADA and LNDD as I recall. I remember thinking at the time that if this is what the judges are like, the US legal system is in big trouble.
