Hugh Januss said:Oh crap, now we have to start a "save cyclismas's azs" fund?
Screw that guy. OK I'm in, where do I send the money?
Count me in.

Hugh Januss said:Have a hard time telling the difference, do you?![]()
BroDeal said:Yup.
Actually for the most part I stopped reading Ciclismas because I became tired of clicking on articles that looked like they might be interesting to find YAPA (Yet Another Parody Article). It's sad because there are a lot of articles that put a low-grade news aggragator like Cyclingnews to shame.

I think the humour of the "parody" articles escaped me also.
BroDeal said:I don't mind parody or satire articles. The Onion is hilarious. I just don't want to spend my time on something that is like a combination of PBS' Frontline and The Onion, with all articles jumbled together.
moi aussi!Scott SoCal said:Count me in.

Goodluck to cyclismaseditor in sorting out this mess.
What do the two have to do with each other? What kind of psychopath would think it's OK if bad things happen to good people just as long as you don't particularly enjoy their work?Bicycle tramp said:So the consensus is that Cyclismas was krap basically, but that one of its primes is deserving of pity?

I think it's important with official support against UCI.Glenn_Wilson said:Skinz Fuller is what it is a Self Promoter. He could have silently stepped in and let Kimmage know he has his back by setting up an anonymous Swiss fund to cover "the original fund".

Granville57 said:Hold on now. This would indicate another, more insidious level of manipulation on the part of Aaron Brown. Are you saying that there are legitimate Cyclismas funds, that are not attached to the Kimmage Fund, that you do not have rightful access to?

heart_attack_man said:I don't see the big deal - at least he's putting his money where his mouth is and doing something to rectify a ridiculous situation. Hopefully PK can continue on the path he was on (whatever that may have been) and this 'problem' with his defence fund is but a mere distraction and nothing more.
Why shouldn't Fuller's company get some recognition if he's being quite prepared to pony up for it?
Geez. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
Chapeau to both of them from me.

Bicycle tramp said:And you could have stepped in silently as well (or publically for that matter). I assume that you didn't, because PK seems to have accepted Jamie's offer.
WTF are you on about?
cyclismaseditor said:Absolutely. Watch for a total site revamp and a new show launch coming soon.
ElChingon said:Its a bit late, this recent scenario has you jumping the shark. Cyclismas is now the USPS of Cycling news sites. You cleaned up now? You are no longer taking money from donors, you are no longer just having fun during the shows, you won't say any cuss words, you now won't cover the dicey news, you will no longer put in personal feelings to the news. Yea, we've heard that one before and basically puts you up as every other generic cycling news site. Best off starting off a new platform, Cyclismas as we knew it is now dead.
