My guess is the money is gone, whether spent or moved out of the USA, and Brown will not go back to States to avoid jail time.

In the US the court has power to garnish income from employers, sell your belongings and home or that of your relatives.

UK/Europe much different.

State of Mass allows for far reaching judgment orders.

Never owe money in the US. They'll get you one way or the other.

i dont think so. Brown legged it. Refused to sit down and be honest from the get go. Leslie left no option but to get a legal involved as Brown bailed to Spain.

Brown was scratching by in Canada, then he went to Europe as some sort of cycling journalist, then the cycling journalism thing evaporated, and now he remains in Europe.

Thinking about ways for Brown to support himself and his family abroad, but I can't come up with any reasonable way for him to get money, except . . ..

If you believe Mr. Brown (a big if), Ms. Cohen and Mr. Brown agreed that Mr. Brown would be responsible for the fund. This would have effectively taken the fund out of the Brown v. Cohen lawsuit, but for Mr. Hue's intervention.

Mr. Hue is now going to ask the Court to order Brown to deposit the money with the Court. Brown has no rational reason in the world to fight this and no legitimate objection to doing it.

If Brown wants to object, then Mr. Hue just might request a factual hearing on the matter, where both sides can present evidence--and where Mr. Brown can be cross-examined. If the judge smells a rat, then that kind of a hearing seems possible. It would also mean that Mr. Brown would have to bring his sorry self back to the USA where he would be easily subject to service of process.

That's just an assumption.

It is an assumption based on what Kimmage told us at 'Whistleblowers' and some knowledge of how editorials work.

Walsh wrote some powder puff pieces on Lance. The 7 page write up was nothing.

At the end of the day, he had little to do with Armstrong. That's fact. Hog tried to put one press conference in Cali over Walsh's whole reporting on it. Unbelievable.

Never said this. So why accuse me of it. Walsh has written about Leinders. Mas has linked it. it is behind a paywall.

The reason why his article was never linked is because I wanted to prove the point I think Kimmage was wrong that the British media won't touch this story. The links were shown to prove this and would have to be ones separate from the story he wrote himself. Actually the Daily Mail giving him a platform to write adds further credence to it

There's one or two things I don't agree with Walsh on this but don't think Kimmage has no faults either as there are clear hypocrisies in certain parts of his argument also.

I am not going to answer for Kimmage, but if i were him being on the Sky sports panel would be an excellent postion to put all the hard questions about Sky out into the public domain.

No. If and i dont know how he feels, but he may have felt that Sky blew the chance to be a team to stand up and take the clean path. But they didn't and he is going to knock that every chance he gets. That may be a fault to be too focused on Sky, but then again they have played the 'we are clean' hand and won 2 TdFs in a row with unbelievable performances. So they are the target as they are the top dogs.

Yes, it was, but he also talked about his faults.

I am hoping now he has the Sindo behind him he can get some space to go after Leinders and other Sky stories.
