According to that article from June 11th the riders will be Cav, Renshaw, Goss, Eisel, Martin, Van Garderen and Peter Velits. The remaining two spots are a throw up between Bak, Rasmussen, Grabsch, Pate, Albasini, Martin Velits and Roulston.

Outside of the Sky guys & Martin who was discussed, how close were some of the other British & Irish pro-tour riders to getting a tdf ride and not necessarily just this year but in the next few too.
Thinking of Blythe at OPL, Lloyd, Deignan, the Irish champion at HTC, is Bellis still riding at Saxo? and any others I've missed.
