Howard's other win this season - the Clásica de Almería - was shortened to a 30km circuit race if I remember correctly. So 100% of his 2016 wins have deviated from the original route.

Still they had to stand still and turn around, also the confusion .. Still a scandal, but makes his win look a little better after all. Wtf have happened to Katusha after TDF? Seems they cant even hold eachothers wheels!

So the peloton went trough next years World CHampionship route yesterday in TOur Les Fjords, and im amazed it didnt get any more press. Cause it was a Scandal!!

Route has narrow cobblestone parts! And turns and roundabouts that makes Hamburg Cyclassics look like Paralympics!

Yes, download the stage 1 from TourDesFjords and you see the end route 19km rounds in the worlds next year in Bergen.

Today stage 3 #tourdesfjords was one of the greatest achievements ive seen from Alexander Kristoff, after he used up all his team, Damiano Caruso and Peter Weening was still in front with 2 minutes and 15 km to go ... Kristoff then went alone after 210 km in rain and hilly terrain to close the gap, he got one working ally JOnas Koch and a tourist, he eventually won the sprint from front after 221km in the rain .. Im in awe of him right Now.
