Who's the other Saxo Bank rider (in the regular jersey)? I feel like it should be Fuglsang (since he was on holiday with the Schlecks) but I can't remember him being announced in the line-up.

Dan Craven wins fourth major stage in Rwanda

Dan Craven, has written the heavy fourth stage of the Tour of Rwanda on his name. The 27-year-old Namibian knew, after a stage of 148.9 kilometers with five climbs, to arrive first in Gisenyi. The Eritreans National Berhanewist on two seconds. The Rwandan Adrien Niyonshuti was third at 46 seconds and takes the lead in the overall standings over from the Eritreans Teklit Tesfai. The Dutchman Martijn Verschoor (Team Type 1) was just over 26 minutes behind as 41st on the measurement and decreases in the overall standings dropped to 34th place. The stage was especially heavy because of heavy rains and half partially paved roads. The Tour of Rwanda will continue until Thursday, November 25.
