Yeah Milan is definitely not starting this as he's at the start in MSR the day after.

This will be a very interesting race for once btw. after the hill sections it's basically tail-crosswind (over 30km/u) till the circuit in Koksijde.
The Milan the Younger is riding for Trek replacing his older brother and both De Lies. Young Magnier is also a starter which should be interesting to see how he does.
Edit - for clarity, Milan the Younger is riding for Trek, and both De Lies are riding for Lotto. Milan the Elder is off to Milan (the city not some relative or himself) to ride Milan (again not related) - San Remo.

That took me a moment to figure out... he's not replacing both De Lies.

Meanwhile, I'm guessing Trek knew the entire time which Martin Pedersen they'd be sending to the race... PCS got a little confused:

13/03addedPEDERSEN MartinLidl - Trek Future Racing
13/03removedPEDERSEN Martin

Yeah, the one who got removed is the old one. The 40-year-old guy who's been retired for ten years.

I find it funny that Sporza did a whole article about not being able to show more of Omloop because it's too expensive and bla bla, but apparently those helicopters are not expensive at all during Nokere Koerse when they can show 140km and Bredene when they can show like 120km.

EDIT: shouldn't have said it, ofcourse we need to see Karl his face for 20 minutes first when the riders are in the hill section.
