Had Abrahamsen not been out front, we would have been talking about where Girmay came from in that sprint for quite some time.

Managed to watch final 30k's of Brussels Cycling Classics on a Eurosport Premium signal without commentator tracks, just the sound of rattling bike chains, motor bikes, riders' breath, sound of the crowd along the roads.

Intermarché had 4 riders in the “chase” group. But two were hanging off the back. Still, Abrahamssen was strong like bull today.

It's like other teams still don''t know how good Abrahamsen is. Berckmoes and Hirschi were incredibly dumb to attack on that last hill with everyone in their wheel, exactly what Abrahamsen wanted to counter, you knew it was coming.

(although, to be fair to the organisation, there isn't a single road in the village where they finish where I'd be comfortable with putting the finish)
