I think Cort is gonna take Post Denmark also..
In Denmark there is a 14 km Team Time Trial, im not sure If that’s an advantage or not for Cort. Seems like Uno-X will have a decent TTT team with Cort, Wærenskjold, Leknessund, Resell, Blume Levy, Bendixen and Bøgh Wallin. Probably not good enough to win, but should be able to limit the time loss and the rest of the route looks good for Cort.

Cort was good in the backend of the TDF and carried this form through to Norway. I wonder if Uno X will change their team for Denmark because they did a power of work in this race.

Is Uno X just not giving their Tour roster any rest btw?
Abrahamsen, Kristoff and Tiller gets to sit out of Denmark atleast, but expect them to be back soon and race pretty intensive the rest of the season.

Kristoff has averaged 81 race days the last two seasons and still “only” got 67 this year, so he’s probably still going to race a lot.
Abrahamsen has 65 (he did almost 80 last year), Tiller only 55 (same as Wærenskjold) and Cort just 58. The three climbers from their Tour team are still between 44-50, so I think many of them had pretty light schedules before the Tour.

Abrahamsen just got his salary bumped up several millions without asking.. Kristoff is racing on fumes and chivalry, Leknesund is mad as a dog. Interesting times to come, and dont forget Uno-X wants more danes to sign!.. But as the former manager said "they are fukkin expensive!" .. But im pretty sure some new names will come up before the end of the season; danish names that is.

Depending on the team UAE is sending they wont lose anything, they will win the time trial or come second.

Cort just need to finish in the bunch

Indeed, and this is more and more used in cycling races for some reason lately, also in TDF as u probably know. Its to make the last part of the races more interesting i presume.. And dont forget, this race is an ASO organized race..
Lol, this isn't some new thing...

There has been bonus seconds in intermediate sprints as long as I have watched cycling (although the Tour stopped with it for a while until they are now back in a rather bizarre way).

What is your problem?
You keep making irrelevant posts about del toro. The other day in the UCI points thread, and now here.
How many other threads are you spraying with del toro?

He isn't really talking about anything other than Del Toro, it's quite strange.

Just a note to those who are easily triggered or have bizarre bias, or someone yelled out someone else's name.. If Isaac Del Toro is a trigger for you, probably best to stay away from bike racing sites for a couple of years. And most certainly pre therapy, don't follow San Sebastian or Vuelta, just for health reasons!!
……huh?

The three I am looking at for the ITT are Castrillo, Storer and Fisher-Black. There were a number of disappointing performances in this stage.
Piganzoli can also do a decent TT in this field. Certainly on par with Storer, I'd say. Blobloblo has also done the occasional not horrible TT, but also some really shocking ones. And judging by his climbing today, he might not have the form to pull out his best TT right now. Though the climb didn't suit him at all.

Kristoff and Tiller are on the provisional of Leuven so basically no rest. I get that they want to score as much point as they can given WT in 2026 doesn't seem lile a mission impossible anymore (and honestly Lotto is in a bad flow so they could even still challenget hem for guaranteed WCs this year), but giving riders basically no rest after the Tour doesn't seem like a smart idea to me.

Well you're saying that like 80+ racedays is "normal" nowadays, it really isn't. Sure, it shouldn't be a problem for someone like Kristoff, but I wouldn't say "only" 67 (actually at 69 according to PCS), he has almost the most out of the whole pro peloton. And I'm assuming he will still be doing a lot and even stage race like Renewi. Anyways Kristoff can handle it, but don't think it's the smartest for others. Like Waerenskjold the Tour, then Olympics then sending him to Denmark straight after?

Of course UNO X isn't riding the Vuelta, so maybe some guys get rest later, but then again, they are riding Renewi (I'm assuming), Canada, Hamburg, etc. where they will use those guys probably.
