When the course in Zurich was announced a year ago I could not see past Seixas, but Valromey has completely shifted the balance of powers for me. Albert will prevail, again. Nobody is able to match his power at this current time.
Looking forward to that almost as much as the men’s elite race. The kids are incredible.

Okay, I have a question!
Right now, we have the Okolo jiznic Cech / Tour of South Bohemia going on.
Recently we had the West Bohemia Tour, though that's a U23 race.
Are there also Tours of North Bohemia and East Bohemia?
How many races does Bohemia need?

Hopefully he will be a bit of a WVA type instead. Hype in Denmark will be aboslutely immense which prolly will kill my interest in him, that chauvnistic agenda from commentators and experts always manage to kill it for me. Wonder how people from other countries are dealing with that, I see lots of Belgians etc. strictly rooting for their own countrymen. I find that completely impossible here and usually gravitate away from Danish riders them because I get so annoyed of the hype and focus on them.
is this view not only valid if you process cycling through media? just ignore tv2 or whatever

also there's endless amounts of nauseating writing about van aert in danish media

Looks like Marc has it, what a rider, I will miss his presence on this thread as I imagine he will end up with a program more catered to bigger races but can't wait to see him and Alaphilippe in action for Tudor next year.

Aside from that, another glasses wearer winning in Switzerland, young Dane Theodor Clemmensen.

After Moreira's dramatic downfall in Portugal it's great to see Guillermo Silva is rising through the ranks to fly the flag.

A great 2nd in a good field.

Watched the last 50kms. Once I realised De Kleijn was in the field it seemed a nailed on win providing there were no incidents.

In this week's least surprising news ... :D
Well, Hirschi won't be winning the next 1.1 race in Italy on Wednesday as he's not on the startlist! (but Ulissi is, so maybe it's his turn).
Wednesday 11th September and now that all those 3 week races are over for the year, it's time to get back to the only races worth watching, the 1.1 races, yeah, baby! :)

Giro della Toscana (Alfredo Martini Memorial) , 182.75 km start at 11.20 CET , tv ?

Startlist at https://www.procyclingstats.com/race/giro-di-toscana/2024/startlist
(Ulissi, Christen, Morgado for UAE, Pozzovivo for Bardiani so far)
