Definitively, the guy clearly has lots of talent just imo not enough to lead over Costa at the ardennes next year. Except on FW where he is better as it is a simple uphill sprint.



FW is like 180k long or something like that, there is a big difference between FW and LBL which is 70 or 80k longer.

Of course, but it is a classic where a big quality field is contesting for the win, and a race where a lot of guys are in top shape. It is a indication if you have the quality to fight against the top racers, it's just case to get a bigger engine. I'm convinced it will come next year, also because at 25 it is the time to really contest for the first time in a race of 240 k+

Last year he won Tour de l'Isard in front of Chernetsky, he can climb well on good days. He's quite a allround rider, with a good prologue, and he can perform well on the cobbles and in classics. So the next French allrounder, who can develop his climbing skills in the next years.

I'm not saying that he will become a GC man, but a rider who can be there as long as possible, a little bit like Hivert in his Skill period. He definitely has the capacity to win hard stages due to a break or finish high in shorter french stage races.

Rebellin sadly is getting to old

he had a chain problem just before the final climb (GP dell'Emila) and couldn't make it back
since Scarponi was drilling it on the front of the select group. He could have been a contender if it wasn't for that.

Yeah, i heard about that. Explains a lot of course. This year he did fairly good, but couldn't win a Italian semi-classic anymore like last year. So age is starting to play a factor, finally you have to say.

A stage win in Poland is bigger i suppose.

Results are really bad, only Atapuma could handle the level on a couple of ocations. They had bad luck of cours with the injury of Chaves, but Duarte again rode a horrible season.
