yep. looks good. Where is he rider next year. Same team?

Yes I think so. He turned 19 less than a month ago, I think, so probably not ready for a bigger team. IG Sigma Sport seem like they get a decent enough race calendar, but I have no idea how good they are at developing kids.

Traditionally the biggest Irish talents head off to French amateur teams, and nowadays An Post provide a second route. I think he's the first to try signing for one of the British Conti outfits. Probably that wasn't viable before recent times. It's a good sign that he's hammering much older espoirs at a race like this, but of course there's a lot that can go wrong between being a huge talent at nineteen and having a top rate pro career.

Like a lot of riders who are the outstanding under age talent in a small country, he seems like an all rounder probably because the talent pool isn't deep. So the one guy who is actually properly good at anything is also the best at everything else.

Just after I posted the above, he announced that he signed for An Post.

it's the open Belkin club championships over there. They are the only WT team
Kinda feel sorry for them really, they should be on holiday and instead they have to do (and probably win) 9 stages of this **** race. What a pathetic way to increase the team's number of victories...

I highly doubt any of those riders actually wanted to race. Hopefully it won't affect them too much next year.

Sinkeldam rode there last year, and found out he was a sprinter. It didn't hurt him. Plus, where else can you get .HC-wins so easily?

And cycling in 30 ºC on the Chinese Hawaii against some local club riders probably isn't as bad as you make it seem.

Green power.

Stage 3:

1 BOS Theo Belkin Pro Cycling Team 20 30 3:19:34
2 HOFLAND Moreno Belkin Pro Cycling Team 14 18 ,,
3 METLUSHENKO Yuri Ukraine 8 12 ,,
4 BOOM Lars Belkin Pro Cycling Team 7 7 ,,
5 JULES Justin La Pomme Marseille 6 4 ,,

take three and from what I can tell all nine stages looks bunchsprint "risky". Great stuff......
