No worries with long names:
Duber Quintero, Team Colombia, won the 1st stage in Langkawi. A Breakaway of 5 riders was given up to 7 minutes, which was too much for such a short stage.
At the end, Quintero attacked his fellow escapees 1.5Km to go and won solo.
His first pro win, after some promising amateur years.
He's 23.
He will have the leader's jersey and sprints' as well.
Brammeier was second (and will wear KOM jersey) and Clarke 3rd.
Great stuff. 6 man teams will always give attackers a bit more chance in stage races these days.
