Vendée ending was super dramatic. Balmer went solo with 18k to go after being in the early break only to be caught with about 20m to go.

Just heartbreaking. A million times better than Lombardia as a raceVendée ending was super dramatic. Balmer went solo with 18k to go after being in the early break only to be caught with about 20m to go.
There's a Swedish continental team being built for next year which is a start. But surely, not that long ago Sweden wouldn't exactly have been considered "minor country".
Of course, I frequently make fun about the amount of Swedish pro rider these days.
I can't remember any time when Sweden wouldn't be considered a minor cycling country. Even at their best there were only 2-3 guys that were just pretty good and then a bunch of no-names.But surely, not that long ago Sweden wouldn't exactly have been considered "minor country".
Of course, I frequently make fun about the amount of Swedish pro rider these days.
-17.5 km Alpecin/Fenix chasing down their own man?
Sbaragli isn't winning this sprint either though. They should be sitting on in both groups.Yes, why wouldn't they? Tulett cannot win from that group.
Trentin just can't win sprints anymore. I'm starting to think even Evenepoel would probably beat him...
Will it be possible to follow the action from Serenissima Gravel anywhere on Friday (presumably only in writing)?
GCN are saying they are showing highlights from 2pm Friday if any good.
