Its legal to stalk leopards in Australia but not kangaroo's.

Adelaide is the only place on earth where you can train with the fastest cyclists on earth and choose what team you want to tour guide for the day. Thats why we call it Radelaide. I asked Lance when he is going to buy a house in Adelaide? He said 'Its a bit far for the kids school commute but yeah, seriously Adelaide rules!'

I'm still wondering what a photo of you with ANY cyclist has to do with the topic of this thread.

Here's the deal - one more of those in this thread and I will go back and edit them out into their own thread. (frankly I might just do so anyway)

Last time I checked, this was a cycling forum where thin is in and fat is well..

The fat we eat is the fat we wear and the carbs we eat is the carbs we get to think, ride, train, live, work, contribute etc with. Carbs =glycogen and glycogen = fun!

You EVER seen a rider run out of fat or protein on a ride? Doesnt happen!

If protein built muscle then how come society is so physically weak in general? We are so glucose exhausted and overdosed on fat and protein that we need power steering in our cars to drive to the shop to pick up more protein powders and the like.

We went for a bunch ride the other day. I ended up pushing the body builder dude up the hills. Was a great sight. The stick insect pushing the bumble bee.
Glycogen pushing fat and protein. Dr McDougall pushing Dr Atkins.

Guess who had more fun that night?

Me n Freelee eat more carbs than anyone we personally know. We NEVER restrict carb intake. Nobody sane should.

Dude; I gotta say that you are insane in a good way. DO you really just throw your bike in a box with no padding protection and go?

in many respects that is cool as in all about the ride and nothing else. so simple and pure

respect

i know this might come as a huge shock to you but i, and most people, have no interest whatsoever in sniffing the chamois of, and pretending to be friends with normal people who happen to be good at riding bikes
