rujano wans't trying to raise a sprint. he simply rode away whe they weren't really watching and nearly took it.

Agreed, the recent tradition of the Sassuolo finish tomorrow would have been far better.

Yes, but instead of a Giro/Ardennes prep race for Italian riders, this edition is more suited to Tony Martin.

how no? pozzo has been gettin chances for years now. he ahs an entire team build around him and he keeps failing. that's what I meant. last year in sterrato stage he was down just as far as rujano was for instance but pozzo had an entire team to help him get back and for what? I realize he is a fantastic climber but I think he could eb much better asset as a helper for another good gc rider/climber
