I saw him after the crash walking fine near Evenepoel, and even at the finish. Maybe he crashed but nothing serious. We'll see tomorrow.

If they really don’t care about Remco being the sole leader and has to win, then they could indeed play this out with Landa. Solo attacks from far, and put Evenepoel in a good position while Bora or Jumbo has to work for it.

I think the plan is always Mikel with Remco to get used to do at le Tour...but when Landa is on this shape (i dont understand, becouse he came to a fracture collarbone, but he has always get the shape very quicky, he depens more of motivation, pressure, weather condicion,...) to perfomed well. I thin just Vingegaard is better climber, and of course Pogacar, but after several days of big mountains, I think than he could even drop Pogacar in a really hard climb. and I think that now he is in that moment. Or maybe he has learn a lot about ITT with Remco and it wanst so impressive (in fact, Buitrago was stronger, but his ex team mate use to do good ITTs)

For that he has to be uin a second plane, just helping Remco and just attack to see what happends and to help the team..if someone put him with pressure or GC ambitions he wont perform...jus help Remco till one kilometre to the line and lost time...

The day is tomorrow anyway, today is to stay with Remco and go with him till the end if other attacks and go faster....But today finish is a hard climb, no good to follow wheels..it is not the Mortirolo by his hard side, but no far.

Not this again... OMG!!! This is almost as bad as saying Contador was not a world class climber and Purito was better! I try to ignore you but sometimes it is so hard and can't understand in what world do you live!

Landa is this shape cilmb better than Contador did, as we show at the Giro. That is a fact. Purito no, but Purito was really good at step climbs

Landa is not even close to Contador's level in any type of mountain stage (both in their prime). Contador is a top10 all time climber.

He was always in Contador's wheel dude. Contador started Mortirolo 1 minute later. Contador in 2015 is not at his career peak level. Where was Landa in 2014 Vueta? Yeah, dropping like a stone in every mountain stage. Don't even know why I am discussing with you, have a nice day

Of course Landa was always going to drop Contador on Aprica. From the moment Aru was dropped, he got to sit in the wheels of Kruijswijk and Contador until he made his stage winning move. Aprica is a shallow climb where being in the draft has a huge benefit.

I didnt say in general, but with Landa is like this in a really hard mountain stage, as tomorrow, he fly. about that stage, contador was most of Mortirolo climb with help and Landa working. Of course, is mortirolo, but those part at less than 10 per cent, you have help. even sucking wheel the way Landa went from contador at a false flat is becouse he was stronger that day. Contador admited a week ago at Eurosport Spain he finished exhausted that Giro.

That is the better version Contador i watched...after 2011, lot of thing changed in cycling..No more Verbiers and Arrates and Lac D Annecy, he become a Roglic,,no way to win le Tour.

I just watched the video, it was at 4 km to the line...Cobtador was just followin Landa at the moment of the attack...Kruijwich was working..first part of Aorica is hard, is no so important wheel, and Contador couldnt follow Landa in that false flat when Alberto is more explosive. He lost at the finish 38 seconds to contador in 4 km of false flat...What are you talkig about? You put like Contador was 10 Km of false flat pulling of Landa, and it wanst that way..maybe 1 km, no more, the rest of real flase flat before the attack, Kruijwich.

I think the guy who's currently in second place overall, almost 3 minutes in front of Landa, should still be the leader.

Ofc, but he doesn't win the race,so o try to win a stage through a break and advance in the GC is a better option with Landa at this point and let Evenepoel do Evenepoel things.

He hasn't exactly lost the race yet, and he might have been feeling yesterday's crash today. If he's not feeling great tomorrow, then Landa should get some freedom, but if he's still fighting for the win/podium, Landa's a domestique.
