Funny guys who knew it all before. The question is why you didn´t offer your opinions before the positives?

We had/have 2 threads about Mosquera (& to a certain point Garcia Dapena) before they tested positive. There was a pretty good discusion pro and contra going on there.

After all i can say i knew 1963 that Merckx one day will be positive.LOL

I think it's a conspiracy to direct attention away from Contador.

Because we're tired of being yelled at by most of the forum that we shouldn't ever say a guy is doping before he tests positive.

Then make it the other way around. Name names who won´t be positive. As i called out Astarloza, Contador, Mosquera and Garcia Dapena as dopers before they were tested positive, i´ll start names now who won´t be tested positive (since this seems the harder task):

Gerdemann (who was linked to the Italian Docs) and Cunego (was was named in the Lampre-Affair). So that´s two riders linked to doping in the past who i say now, they´ll never be tested positive. I´ll take the hammer for being naive if they ever test positive. But the task can´t be harder than this, trusting known Ex-Dopers

Careful, UCI hasn't said anything yet about Mosquera and Da Pena, there's rumours we might be talking about a legal but very strange substance and they are investigating if it can be used to conceal illegal ones...

I suppose it was a little naive of me. I don't know much about the guy, but a Spanish climber on a small team who trains all year for the Vuelta and rides it very well seemed plausible. Does he have a shady history?

Yes I always had genuine suspicions about Mosquera. Yes because of his performances. I had only heard about him while watching last years
tour of Spain. I see this guy Mosquera high up in the GC. Who is this guy. Where is he from. Ah Spain. Ah why is this rider Who has finished in the top 5 of the Vuelta 4 times riding for a uci continental team. A wild card team based in Spain.
I remember thinking to My self. Why if he is this good. Why is he not bought up by a Uci Pro Tour Team. He seems to peak!! For The Spanish Tour every Year. Call it what You like a haunch maybe. But suspicions Yes. And as I was not a member of this forum when Mosquera an Co. were discussed previously. I never had the opportunity to express My points of view.

And I would like to add that I also have doubts about Alberto Contadoper. BrAndy Schleck. Carlos Hashtre. Frank "Fuentes" Schleck. And Dennis " The Russian Mafia" Menchov.

That is Dennis "HumanPlasma" Menchov and Carlos "I was the only contender to ride clean through the Armstrong EPO years" Sastre.

Shame if true, but the Vuelta would have been so dull without Eze.
:(
I began to think of him as a the Spanish Piepoli -
gutsy - modest - likable but probably still suspect given the
comeback profile.

Yes I thought the same Myself. But with he same air of suspicion about Piepoli as I had about Mosquera. As in comparable, consistent, performances in The Mountains.

UCI confirms mosquere and garcia positive for Hydroxyethyl starch.

They can fail dope tests for wanting their team kit to look smart and nicely pressed

What the hell is that!?! Google!

May be associated with covering the use of anabolic steroids/EPO for endurance athletes.

Ouch. Looks to be worse for what Contador tested positive for, but I'm not a doping expert, so I could easily be mistaken.
