So I turn on the coverage & I have to ask... why are the times for GC frozen? It's ridiculous. If the riders can complete the course whilst pushing for the stage win, then it's enough to record their times.

Being overly cautious doesn't help the sport.

Apparently, it took Davide Bais a little over 6 hours to get to the first time split. Average speed of 0.694 km/h according to PCS.
