These babies cannot even ride in a little wind. 40 mph winds are not going to kill any riders. Only kill a few egos (Vingo for one) that are going to be buffetted in a TT because they are too light

How can anyone look at these conditions and think this warrants a semi cancellation?

the flyweight climbers are the biggest babies in the world.

If they don't want to lose minutes getting blown around in a TT, perhaps they should put on a few more pounds instead of weighing as much as a jockey

The course looks completely crap, tbh, with that significant part ridden on a 20 cm wide stretch in the middle of an otherwise cobbled road. But yeah, it doesn't look like a cancellation was necessary.

So I turn on the coverage & I have to ask... why are the times for GC frozen? It's ridiculous. If the riders can complete the course whilst pushing for the stage win, then it's enough to record their times.

Being overly cautious doesn't help the sport.
