He realised he wasn't going to win the Giro, because that would be too ridiculous...

So he is doing the Majka trick -doing absolutely nothing before the last week where he will bag two mountain stages and the KOM...

Only half as ridiculous, or something,...

the dope was left behind in Romandie
or probably not used to heat

He's probably struggling with the demands of riding his first Grand Tour. Always travelling, sleeping in a different hotel every night. Katusha should consider mobile living arrangements.

What did Valgren say in his tweet as its been deleted

That Zakarin undertaking a more anonymous appraoch probably was a clever idea...

Don't remeber the exact wording, but something like that...

Edit: and the tweet was in danish so there was a minor disussuon of correct translate..
I translated it above (I'am danish) as I recall it with danish language in mind...

Dumb comment about Zakarin. When you ride along with guys like Contador,Basso,Kreuziger,Rogers maybe it's better to keep your mouth shut.

Yeah and then he said he meant that Zakarin would be better off going for stages. Strange he deleted it though as he told someone not to delete their tweets to him because twitter is a place to state your opinions

if he doesn't show anything whole Giro, after being super good climber & TT'er in Romandie, only then you can laugh at his EPO Romandie peak
he can very well saving energy for some stages later on

Mutant doper. Hope he gets his pee pee slapped all the way back to Tatarstan and has to be a coffee barista for the rest of his life.

Oh wait, this is reality. The race jury is too busy niggling over who gives whom a wheel.

I know he's doped before, but that was just steroids. Probably for vanity reasons, insecure boy, as opposed to performance gain. Looks to be a great talent, surely a one-time doper like Millar and Hesjedal. Certainly clean now.

Interesting that the Eurosport commentator said twice he'd been popped when he was 19 for AS.
The ole wink, wink, nudge, nudge perhaps?

I for one am glad he's able to put his past behind him and through hard work get some commendable results.

Strangely he didn't mention Hesjedal's past once while he was in the break

When the dirty doping past is mentioned and when it is not is always puzzling. I have yet to read an article about Valverde that doesn't allude to his doping, yet the readers are sometimes left in the dark regarding the heinous deeds of Millar or Hesjedal.
