Well, yes. In LA's mind anyway.

That sly smirk is missing from Lance nowadays. The "got over on you" look.

"I am one of the greatest cyclists of all time." Uggghh. This thing might be tough to get through.

But those quotes are from 2009 apparently, we now know that he didn't get away with it, which should make watching him say those things more fun.

I wish journalists would quit the "disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong" for something like "drug cheat and bully Lance Armstrong." "Disgraced cyclist" sounds like someone who deserves pity.

Along the same lines, it's interesting how Lance's "I only told one lie" crap is gaining traction. I can't fathom why journalists are even allowing Lance's bs into the conversation.

Yes, it's obvious that Lance wants to float the One-Big-Lie sound bite. He should say, "I told 500 lies to go along with those 500 tests that I passed."

Or, he's really off the Testosterone/HGH with no weekend warriors to "dominate."

Maybe after a while all that crap just stops working. Keep in mind the amounts of PED's necessary to keep an anti-aging regime is a lot less extreme than what is needed to morph into a top-level bike rider. And the endocrine system has a way of saying "no mas" after so many years of hard-core abuse.

Armstrong does look busted, but probably because he's nervous about how much money he's losing in lawsuits and lawyer fees. As for his conscience, no worries.

Anyone notice how cancer seems to have totally fallen off the radar WRT Lance stories? The "big lie" is apparently cheating in sports. But not much is said about lying to all those sick folks or making money off endorsements due to his role as the false prophet of hope.

Seems like it should be less important that he's a sports cheat (that's a hugely crowded field) and the cancer angle should be getting more scrutiny. Did the drugs cause his cancer? Why didn't the UCI drug test turn up his high hormone levels and alert him to his cancer? Did getting off the PEDs help in his treatment/recovery? How could he look those sick folks in the eye and claim to be a miraculous phenomenon, when he was doping the whole time? Etc.

He attracts an audience. The big problem is Wonderboy has nothing to sell and no talent behind him to do all the work. Not Liveswrong, not athletic appearances, nothing and monthly legal costs that must be incredible.

On top of which, he's made some awful legal representation choices now that Wiesel isn't helping.

Based on every weak decision since before Doprah, the best case scenario is the guy becomes a Pete Rose with a few nutters hanging about.

In the meantime, you'll see a few articles simply forgetting all the horrible things he's done. Unfortunately, few of them will mention the UCI/USAC's role in the fraud.

The UCI wasn't ever going to notify him of anything abnormal because anything reported by the tests didn't matter. They were in on the fraud.

Because that's who he is. As the latest bit of video demonstrates, he hasn't changed a bit. And yet, he still attracts an audience. Seems pretty sick to me.

Will Cookson do anything about it? Doubt it.

Nicely said.

Also, he didn't just tell "one lie", he said many many variations of that lie many many times. It's blatant nonsense; "what are you on" my ***.

OK, so I just listened to the Toronto Film Festival presentation. They said Travis Tygart still would not talk to them, even after the filmmakers 180 degree switch in stance. This proves, contrary to BS claims by certain Lance fans, that Travis Tygart was not "in this for the publicity" as these LA fans have claimed. People should have to eat their words

Someone like TT trying to do their jobs, getting static from idiots like that. I'm sure some of them were on this very forum, but are probably gone now.

IOC wants their medal back but Lance is pretending nobody is home

Gosh, what a calamity. Does this mean LA still is the rightful winner of the bronze medal over all the other victims in the race, other than Eki and JU, who narrowly escaped the bullying psychotic LA mind tricks while ****ing pure spring water under the watchful eye of the IOC?

We must not rest until all justice has been done; in this case the little snowflake Abraham Olano was denied bronze glory.

No, IOC kept it blank. Olano does not get the medal
