Chris McCormack has given Lance an opportunity to follow through with his pre-suspension smack talk with an unaffiliated one on one race and Lance is considering!

Kick his **** Macca!!!

According to Alan Lim, they raced when Lance was training for comeback in 09. They passed each other on a ride in Hawaii and Lance made the challege. LA beat Macca by 8 secs. That was however off season for Chris. He would kick Armstrongs a$$ now.

Despite being a bit of a fan I have no idea if there's any rumours or innuendo around McCormack (other than the usual stuff that follows the top tier elite endurance athletes) but I've always had the impression he could have cut it as a rouleur/classics guy if he focused entirely on the bike.

I remember McCormack smashing the euro guys on the bike in a few of the Belgian/French/German tris with paved roads/cobbles when he was racing ITU and he's never shied away from racing in the cold.

For sure, but after qualifying for Kona Armstrong was talking the talk, so Macca called him out to see if he can back it up.

I just want to see Macca put him in his place :D

Bet Armstrong is on the phone right now with Ferrari, asking him if there are any new "supplements & techniques" he can use.

Even doped up Lance couldn't win an Iranman. For a triathlete, he is a bad runner. He is doing good to run a 3 hour marathon fresh.

I agree. I saw some Youtubes of LA running, and his form sucks. Heavy-footed.

Variable Results

The above discussion on the variable responses to EPO underscore the scientific fact that every athlete would respond physiologically differently after EPO doping and puts to rest the absurd argument that legalizing doping would balance the playing field. I trust that this part of the doping issue is now put to rest and we don't see anymore ludicrous posts rationalizing doping on this basis!

but premise legalising doping = level playing field, is equally matched with illegalising(sic) doping brings a level playing field.

its not either/or. it is both are uneven.

but these aren't 16 randoms off the street, there's quite a selection bias. I bet the whole team was under 8% body fat, which also has zilch chance of occurring among 16 randomly chosen Americans.
the selection bias you are making in this premise, is not correct.

The selection bias is on the VO2max and threshold, and p/w, and gross w's. The 'crit is just one of the inputs into these end metrics.

You have kept on reverse engineering a few steps further backwards. All produce this professional numbers, and some off lower natural crits. not everyone is a JV. And most who had the 'crit get out of jail free card/pass, like Ricco, did not have a legitimate high natural crit.

Betsy Andreu is sharing with the world the shocking revelation that Lance is a liar whose personality is never going to change:

http://crankpunk.com/2013/12/03/tell-me-lies-lance-sweet-little-lies/

Wow, it took like 6 months to shriek, I mean lash out after being stood up for the tequila shot date with her 'darlin' in Austin.

From the comments:

Maybe Lance and Betsy can visit a shrink together? She needs it as much as Lance

Yep, so difficult to let go and move on.

This:

Consider these 3 instances:

* 3 days before we were deposed in the SCA case in October 2005, Lance calls Frankie for the first time in almost 2 years. In his deposition, Lance said he called Frankie just to say hello. Frankie testified he called to talk about our imminent depositions as well as Kathy LeMond’s deposition.

* The day before he tapes Oprah in January 2013, he starts his reconciliation tour by calling people. Frankie and I are the only ones who spoke with him. Of course, Oprah asks him if he’s called people to apologize. Voila! He can say he talked to us.

* The weekend before his big Monday hearing in D.C. regarding the whistleblower case (November 18, 2013), he meets with Emma – and agrees to go on camera for the world to see how very sorry he is. It just happens to be the weekend before his big court date.

Do you see a pattern here? Just the other day Lance tweeted that he has “repeatedly” told me and Frankie he’s sorry

it is difficult …just like some can't let go and move on from their anger at women

ps Lance also has this trait

You are just pi$$ed that her comments are spot on.

Maybe Betsy should learn to let it go, but she has got things pretty much figured out.

Betsy makes an interesting point except Emma has stated its complete bull****. Emma controlled everything, the date, the time, the place. That Lance had tried for months and she picked the date they met. They both need to STFU and go away.

Funny that MonkeyMouth's fans share similar traits with their deity.

Isn't Betsy is a forum member?

Oh, you meant that Betsy tells me and others what to say?

In that case, let me observe that I will shamelessly accept whatever bone she might throw my way and post it here as my own, independent thought.

I am in such celebrity awe, and of such low moral station, that Betsy will never need to pay some organization like Public Strategies to employ dozens of hired interns and/or sockpuppets to repeat, ad nauseum, whatever stupid, unbelievable and unreconcilable sh!te that could be sent my way.

Dave.

Agreed, I don't really disagree with anything she wrote.

The point is get on with your life, instead of wallowing in drama.
