Hamilton looks terrible. Not just the hair, but his face. He looks like he's having a seriously difficult time adjusting to his life.

Where did this come from?

Just thowing out there, or is there a context?

edit: Forget it.. I guess you mean the video upthread...
Saw it when posted and already forgot about it since it's been some days...

He does look a bit hammered but I think he'll be okay..
He did the right thing allthough a bit late....

That was very poorly lit filming, so it wasn't going to flatter anyone. He looked like a guy that just got off a long flight to me, and the dude is getting old!!!

Could be dangerous on a bike for him
I would not think it would be like that. Unless we are to believe that the French are aggressive protesters? Anyhow this should provide some fun for the folks. it would be a square circle jerk...

The French can be vehemently aggressive protestors, but perhaps not as aggressive as Bernard Hinault.

Some here will get a kick outta this, I did. Looks like Wonderboy won't be too welcomed for the Tour:

Yikes! The comments!!

If you sort by "most replied" it's pretty depressing, again.

Would be more accurate to state that 'you are depressed' by comments that are not congruent with your feelings on the matter. Good rhetorical device, nonetheless.

wow. just, wow....

Scott Mercier update:
http://www.crankpunk.com/blogs/crankpunk/item/830-scott-mercier-merrill-lynch-and-the-lance-effect.html

“I did get pressure from Merrill Lynch - which I will not discuss - but it was over firm compliance policies. They categorically did not ask me to "go easy on Lance.” They do not allow advisors to speak to [the] national media.”

This is actually reasonable. The only people heavily regulated in that industry are way, way down the ladder like a Mercier. The industry has a bunch of rules about individual information that, of course, the only people worrying about the rules are the frontline sales people like a Mercier.

But, one of Mercier's longtime customers had a discussion about Armstrong with Mercier....

“The first thing out of Scott's mouth that day with us was that Merrill Lynch was putting pressure on him to be silent about his non-drug stance against Lance. He was annoyed and disgusted. He said Armstrong had some small investments with Merrill Lynch and he felt that Armstrong must of be putting pressure on Merrill Lynch to keep him quiet.

Surprising no one.

Now that is the first thing that makes any sense (about Mercier's comments).

Dave.

Can someone pick me up off the floor?

Dave.

We're the Armstrongs. Lance is my husband. We were going around the corner too fast...
...or something.

We have teenage children.

(Anna learnt fast how to play the children card)

Dave, have you ever driven fast on icy roads around corners? oh, you are a canuck.

ok, so you unnerstan Armstrong's predicament on if he should use tubular or clincher Continental? Prance gonna run with the clinchers now.
