What about Sheryl Crow as well? I would have though she is more likely to have direct evidence of Armstrong's 'antics' than Haven. After all he was parading her around between 2003 & his last tour victory in 2005.

But there were many. One in San Fran. One in France. One in Spain. Most overlapped each other. Miss San Fran was going to be "the one" even when he had a wife. Until she found out about Miss. France.

Armstrong took Crow along to the Tour & she just might just have seen the odd blood bag in the minibar fridge. Maybe another girlfriend will come out of the wood work? I wonder whether Special Agent Novitsky has tracked down Miss San Fran?

I think we can safely assume Kristen Armstrong will 'keep schtum'. An imprisoned, bankrupt Lance would jeopardise ongoing alimony payments!! This is a shame as I bet she has a fascinating story to tell.

Whats the big deal about all this restraunt stuff. 2 people who don't agree end up at the same place at the same time, the restraunt owner sides with the guy with the bigger pockets and has a much bigger name. Who's better for buisness a 7 time TDF winner or a admitted cheater. People seem to be looking for a story that isn't there. Relax and enjoy it for what it is, the little guy getting smacked back into his place.

because it's a weird sort of person that has to get the restaurant owner to tell the other guy to leave.

no story = tyler doesn't have to leave the restaurant

Nope. She told it like it was. Faced with the incontrovertible evidence of the cheating she sang a good song.

She's also a solid chic. I'll tell you a story about a deleted tweet one day.

JV provides his take on the Cache Cache incident:

Good old JV. He could speak out about U.S. Postal's doping program and instantly destroy Lance's credibility but instead finds it more helpful to tweet about how much he hates bullies. Good show, JV. Keep fighting that good fight by sitting on the sidelines while Lance uses every means at his disposal to harm your former teammates.

No wonder he never finished a Tour de France. No guts.

@Grand Tourist

Be aware that this is thehog you are listening to.
He knows all the big, frightening, secret storys.

5th September will be THE day he is talking about. :D

Anyway, the haters would have invited TH for a beer if they were Lance.
They are so selfless and just.....good. All the good people meet here.
The best people know all the storys of course.
Nice to see that there is nothing left than some gossip and celeb talk.
Hard evidence. This will make things a lot easier for Novitzky.

Does 'spousal privilege' come into play here? Clearly KA would know all sorts of stuff from when she & LA were husband & wife but they got divorced a while back & are therefore no longer spouses. Does the privilege apply retrospectively? That being said I suppose she could waive spousal privilege if she she so wished.

Ferminal- You went from saying that "berate" is the same as what hog posted, then, when I asked where those specifics were in the article, you simply said it was in the article, then when questioned again you move on to admitting there is no info on what LA said in the article and now it's "more or less the same." Stop trying to desperately cling to your agenda and just admit what the facts are.

Grand Tourist- According to what I found Spousal Privileged does exist after a divorce if the incident in question occurred before the divorce.

No, sorry if you have misunderstood what I am saying.

Both thehog's version and the Outside version are a paraphrasing of the events. As there is no direct quotes of the dialogue between the two, we can only go on the paraphrasing. In which case, both are similar.

Nothing subtle about it. This behavior from Armstrong and the restaurant owner (who possibly tipped off Lance that TH had a reservation) is disgusting. It's a clear case of witness intimidation, and I hope the restaurant owner finds herself sitting in a courtroom, fat subpoena in hand.
If is the operative word. Lance is walking a very thin line here.

Seriously?!?!?!

Outside gave the specific info they were told from both sides, using exact quotes from the parties involved. On the other hand hog has simply made things up.

You need to learn the definition of the word paraphrase because it is not "to make up things."

It's clear you have no ability to see another point of view when you start doing things like this so it's clear I am wasting my time discussing this with you, so I am done with you here, but I will thank you for attempting to discuss the topic without making it all about off topic insults like certain others. Around here someone who does that is notable.

Possibly. I suspect he may have been more circumspect with her given the negotiations needed to keep Kristin quiet after the divorce.

We have already dismissed Lance's version as we don't believe it.

Using the direct quotes supplied by Hamilton, they said virtually nothing.

The word berate, which is a paraphrasing of events (either by Hamilton or Outside based on Hamilton's information), is the only point of significance.

If you do not believe that Lance telling Tyler how much good he had done to him falls under "berate", then we will have to agree to disagree.

Generally, the spousal privilege applies to communications between spouses. If a third party was present, there is no privilege. Do observations of blood bags and drugs count as communications? Probably not. Also, the privilege is for the witness to assert, not the defendant. It can, in some jurisdictions, survive a divorce. It's a murky area and I will admit I have no certain idea of how this plays out for Armstrong and Kristin.

Tough guy Lance showing off to the cancer crowd. There's nothing more heartwarming than seeing a multi-millionaire beat-up on the small guy. He's all class our hero Lance.

Small Guy?
If Tyler is a "small guy", it is not due to lack of effort.

Tyler doped more during his career than Lance?
Tyler defrauded more folks than Lance?
Tyler a nicer guy than Lance?

If Tyler was quick on his feet at cache cache, he would have asked Lance for tips on publishing a NYTimes Bestseller lol.

You can earn multi-millions with a NYTimes bestseller btw.

"lance is a multi-millionaire waawaa"
"tyler is sooo nice waawaa"

Lots of HandBaggers on this thread.
Talking about all the wives
Major Lance beatdown ouch ouch.

Can you guys help me pick?

Lance loves hanging out at Cache Cache. I think he likes it because in a restaurant where everyone gets treated like krap. He gets to be a class A knob and doesn't stand out too much.

The reviews on Trip Advisor:

Since I was dining alone I sat in the bar. This restaurant is a classic example of a place trying to recreate a NYC "scene" feel and failing miserably. The food was ok - but honestly the service was so bad that I barely remember the food. The bartender seemed annoyed to be serving me food at the bar, which has seats crammed together so tightly I spent an hour being elbowed in the ribs by the drunk old man sitting next to me. I was so ****ed by the time I was half-way through the food I just paid and left. I won't be back - there are too many other amazing restaurants in Aspen to waste money here.

Service was best called neglect, wine list very impressive but way over-priced, food was not the least bit special. The noise from the bar made the dining room extremely noisy and actually uncomfortable. Why would they sacrifice their big paying diners for a few wannabe hipsters in the bar?? Actually, I think this would be a better place to eat at the bar menu and enjoy that scene instead of spending 500 to 1k dining there in the dining room. It's gone down hill since the last several times I've eaten there. Sad to say..because this was one of the best restaurants in Aspen...not anymore.

Wait, I said I believe Tyler yet I think it is wrong to make things up like Hog did and I am grouped in with those guys? Are you guys really that angry with Armstrong that you have to classify someone against you if they mention anything that doesn't match what you say 100%?
