Two points for you to keep in mind Fanboy.

1. I never had a "source" telling me that there would be indictments in February. The indictment timing was noted in the press.

2. I have known the person giving me the present information for over 60 years and that person has known the primary source for many years. Once an indictment is handed down I will tell you the name of that source.

In the meantime, relax. The show is going to be very good.

Is fanboy supposed to insult me? You're late to that party. Just like all the others you roll out fanboy when its pointed out your talking out your ***. In your case its just to hide the noise of your USPS lunchbox. You must be giddy still with lance riding in that bogus charity ride in town a few weeks ago, I hope you didn't get wet day 2. Enjoy your trip to philly, I hope the traffic is ok. The MS ride organizer wants to thank you for being able to build an addition on his mansion in Weston.

Source as in the US Attorney's Office? ROTFL!! Of course not and I've made very clear when I am speculating or using a source. Other than conversations with two attorney friends who are former AUSAs, I have not spoken with anyone directly familiar with the investigations. Never claimed to have done so either.

In this instance, I do have a very real and knowledgeable source. My contact who knows that source has known me for over 60 years and has known the source for a number of years, the exact number I don't know.

I'll tell you the source's name after the indictments come down. I'm speculating that Christmas is reasonable for expecting indictments. It's an extremely complex case, especially now that witness intimidation appears, according to experts quoted in the press, to have opened up the statute of limitations to now (intimidation date) and started the time running from that date.

So the source has passed on through a 60 year friend that the truth will come out and its bigger than doping. You on the other hand are predicting Christmas indictments and Hein and Pat will get slapped (very hard) around right? I'm just trying to keep score here and its very complicated. Can you confirm Christmas 2011? If that date passes I don't want to claim you meant Christmas in July when people drink saved christmas beers.

The poster did not provide a "source" for there earlier comment, they made an observation - which is not what you claimed.

So you are implying he provided a source for his comment today. Now we learn that the only sourced comment is this is bigger than just doping. The Christmas and Hein and Pat comment were his own and not sourced. For being simple you missed that by implying todays comments were sourced. Knowing the difference either real or imagined in his case is important and not so simple.

Ah, no - actually I didn't.

This may be the source of your confusion, read what peoples post actually say and try not to get them to fit what you wish.

Cimacoppis49 points are quite easy to follow if you just read them for what they are.

I have it indirectly from a very reliable source connected to the Olympic movement that with certainty the truth is coming out in full as to Armstrong & Co.'s crimes--and doping is actually the least of it. Look for Hein Verbruggen and Pat to get slapped real hard in their respective heads. Apparently the grants of immunity have done the trick getting the core information from Lance's buddies in the peloton.

Merry Christmas, Lance. :)

Show me above where he separates his sources information from his own opinion. Unless you believe he was really wishing him Merry Christmas, I don't put it past you to claim that.

The desperation of the groupies is more evident each day.

Because I pointed out the idiocy of making predictions that makes me a groupie? What is the name you use for an anonymous internet presence obsessed with doped bike rider?

Look back through your own posts and even you will see the desperation.

Wonderboy is going to jail. It will be a slow motion train wreck and in the end it will not matter if the indictments were handed down at Thanksgiving, Easter, or Christmas

So if the feds are looking into the witness tampering thing with Hamilton, does this mean they have the power to use another 12/18 months from that date to go before the grand jury? So this could run a lot longer? Or have I got that all wrong?!

See the red - that is known as a full stop. People put them in sentences to separate comments so that people don't read it all and get confused.

The Merry Christmas remark is known as sarcasm - which is a sneering or cutting remark, so no, you weren't meant to take it literally.

BFD. If he goes to jail I don't care and he won't see a day in jail anyway. On the other hand you will be devastated if he walks because if he does he will have won. Who has more at stake? Think of it this way, if he walks you can remain obsessed and internet famous for life.

A desperate attempt to try and argue you're right. Quit now before your merry pack of shut ins start to lose respect.

I didn't try and argue that I am right, you asked for assistance in working out where the separation is.

I gave it to you and then you reject it when it is given.
Your request that I quit now has been noted, and ignored.

What exactly are you arguing? Are you upset that you, like many others, don't know what's going on and are taking it out on people who actually may know something you don't?

Or is your obsession with arguing a ridiculous premise, that on the one hand you don't care if Armstrong goes to jail but on the other hand you are convinced he won't?

Or the fact that because the investigation is taking longer than some have said means to you that there won't be any charges levied?

Or because it's taking so long you are convinced the evidence will be so weak Armstrong will be able to walk?

These are ignorant talking points that only speak to your pathetic and bullying fanboyism.

Your points are devoid of substance. All you are doing is denigrating posters who want to know the truth.

Have anything better to do with your time? Because it doesn't seem like it.

Hopefuly your source's source is not receiving Leaked Smear info.

But I agree with you that it is an "extremely complex case".
And I think Christmas may be a bit optimistic.
I'm thinking Valentines Day or maybe Saint Patricks Day.

But Polish, if you can trust in someone, then it's the older people.
thehog also has grey hair.

On top, cimacoppi regularly meets people and Lance is the focus in those meetings.
I really envy that. I mostly have to visit the internetz and the clinic when I feel the need to talk about the awesome investigation involving our awesome Lance, because no one really gives a ****.
cimacoppi became one of my favorite posters.
btw, just watching RockyIII on TV, and thought about Lance teaching der Jan on his comeback.
Teaching him high cadence and losing weight - like Appollo Creed. :)
Now the beach-scene.

It can run as long as the Justice Department thinks the investigation warrants it as long as they have an indictment within the statute of limitations.

Now there you go again attributing predictions to me that I haven't made. I think Christmas will be a likely time for an indictment, but that is totally in the hands of the Feds. After the indictments, you'll understand more when I tell you more. Not before then. ;)

No need to worry. I don't ride or go out to cheer on the Pan Mass riders. I've seen Lance ride in person enough times that giddy is the last thing I might feel seeing him spinning his black socks off. :D

The final sentence about immunity and witness testimony is my observation. The rest (earlier) comes from the "source."

He won't see a day in jail, thats my opinion. I never argued his innocence, its really not in question.

Ignorant talking points? Don't use your RR babble on me. Please you are not even consistent in your posts on doping which makes even discussing this with you a joke.

Who have I bullied? I don't expect somebody as inconsistent as you to see substance in a post. You're a groupie without an original thought.

One must presume at this point the Feds already have a knee-deep stack of sealed indictments, so the clock will have stopped running on those charges. But there is no requirement that all charges must be either brought or tried simultaneously, so I doubt their choice of timing for serving them would be influenced by the Aspen incident.

Unless RICO is among the charges to be brought. I can see where they would want to delay a RICO trial so that incident could be included.
