here's the key new physical evidence potential that grabbed my attention:

so, we have the first clear evidence that novi went around the uci to get more than just the 99 samples fully aware that the french had to drop the 2007 cases because of lack of the uci cooperation.

as commented earlier, the texas teammates interviewed by novi, must have known that he's expecting their analysis from france ;)

What crimes could the post-postal samples be relevant to? The feds wouldn't go to all that international trouble for nothing . . .. Wire fraud, maybe? Any ideas?

Instantly there are dozens on the same topic....all irrational and supporting Armstrong

Notice the company that manages the comments is http://www.pluck.com/

They were funded by Austin Ventures, whose head sits on the Board of Livestrong. Pluck is now owned by Demand Media.....who owns Livestrong.com

I assume that they are also the ones astroturfing the comments on Yahoo too

http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/sc/news;...hWpo_hgM6?slug=ap-lancearmstronginvestigation

Seems the party line is 'waste of tax payers money' (which sounds very familiar).

But you gotta admit, the "waste of tax payer's money" line is true.
And you know what they say, "Honesty is the best policy"
Can't argue with the truth. Well, you can - but you lose.
Or at worst get a hung jury lol.

Nah, the only person wasting taxpayer's money is Fraud Ball. If he would just grow a full set and admit his widespread fraudulent behavior, all of this could be avoided. You gotta admit, that is completely true. Clearly reasonable people can agree on that, no?

Lance started PAYING taxes as a teenager.
Paid MEGA Taxes during his 20's.
Paid MEGA MEGA Taxes during his 30's.

Heck, Lance has paid enough taxes to pay for the Novitzsky probe a few times over.

But that is not the point. Wasteful is wasteful sigh.

Funny!

It always seems that where there's smoke...even though a corny cliche does bear some truth. Rumblings about upcoming events are very often preceded by facts...

Wow, can't wait. The ToC AND Floyd..:p

He paid taxes in Switzerland?
Its a wonder the feds didn't just check LAs tax returns to see how much he paid Ferrari and the UCI, I'm sure the IRS would have a copy.

You're absolutely right. He has wasted taxpayer money over and over. Not to mention the waste of money for advertising materials for his charity. lol.

If he would just stop wasting everyone's time and admit that he is the biggest fraud in the history of sport, man, we could just stop this whole investigation (well not really, it involves more than just the One Balled Fraud), but still. He could plea out and look like a man instead of half a man. His kids would be able to be proud of their dad when they grow up instead of the inevitable therapy sessions they will need. lol

Dang. lol

I doubt paying the UCI is tax deductable.
Maybe Lance's accountants found some way to write it off?
I guess it could be considered a business expense.

Many Medical Expenses are not tax deductable either.

Now if the UCI or Doctor Ferrari paid Lance, that would be taxable income.
Lance would have to show that on his tax returns.

I would be interested to see how much Lance donated to Livestrong.org
Probably millions$$. That is also on his tax returns. Private though.

DOJ......ummm WoW.

Funny while all were getting the tighty whitey's in a bunch I was interested in this."A Lance Armstrong (case) will go all the way up the chain," she said. "(Attorney General Eric) Holder or one of his chief deputies will sign off on the indictment or be briefed on it. They will have input even before this case gets indicted."

That is some powerful stuff. One group or person in the DOJ has the power to veto the entire investigation.???? WTF..... WoW it is like a Honey Badger bazar.

It isn't true at all, that it's a waste of money. The IRS goes after tax cheats, do you think it's up to you a chamois sniffing fanboy to decide for them what cases to pursue ? Apperantly someone at the IRS who has infinetly more knowledge of the tax code than a chamois sniffing wrist band wearing fanboy has decided it is indeed worth investigating.

You fanboys are just like the birthers something happened or is happening and you just can't stand it. So you spew garbage, grasp at strays make ludicrous statements like "it's a waste of money", " there are more important issues"....ect. What are you going to do next ask for Novitsky's birth certificate ?

No insults there big guy. Your points are pure garbage and you're a fanboy.

Your assertion that it's a waste of tax dollars is ridiculous. Lance stole money the govt is trying to get it back. You're pathetic always have been always will be. And that my fine polish friend is truth.
