That is simply the most pathetic attempt at defense for a client. And there are six of them! OMG I just can't imagine the fees those guys are charging Lance. I think they should be investigated also for bilking an obvious guilty client.
This whole thing is just so laughable if the true story behind the fraud wasn't so sad. Not for Lance though. He'll get what's coming to him. Won't be pretty.

Lance and his crew seem to have denial down pat, then they refer back to their own statements as fact! Saying something is true because you said it is and someone elses' statements are false because you say they are doesn't work too well with intelligent people.
Kind of a "did not, did to" exchange on the playground. Children will lie til the end because that's all they have. I would think an adult professional would have a bit more than a fact4lance type website and a lawyer who just says things to say them.
Do you really think it was taken down because they believe they've closed these issues? Or did they finally realize how bad this makes them look?
Lance is really showing the dumb athlete approach here. I didn't realize he was quite that full of himself.

I'm not sure what "subsequent revelations" he's talking about. Not that I'm giving any credence to the statement, but usually the lies are grounded in some kind of factual occurrence and then twisted for the PR purposes. In this case I can't figure out what he's even trying to twist.

Pulling the site while claiming they have debunked the 60 min. program is the equivalent to running back to Plano to live in a used double wide. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Fabiani is marvelous entertainment. Thank you Lance for keeping him on retainer.
