I've been wondering about this too. I'm thinking that they will try to time this close to the TdF. Armstrong certainly has cut back a lot on the tweets lately. Probably was told by his legal team to lay low on all levels, especially after his actions in Aspen. I was very surprised that he did not tweet an acknowledgement of Levi's victory in the Tour de Suisse. What's up with that?

His alter ego on Twitter, Juan Pelota (@juanpelota), tweeted that he, Juan, went on vacation from tweeting on 5 May 2011.

More likely he was retired as an "evil twin" after this naughty taunting tweet was exposed:

"Hey Jeff, como estan los hoteles de quatro estrellas y el classe de business in el aeroplano? Que mas necesitan?"

This thread seriously needs to get shut down until the indictments are handed down.

It's nothing but useless drivel at this point.

When the indictments come, as well as any other formal or legal actions, they will be folded into this thread. There will be no formal articles. Anything to do with it will be placed in this thread.

Then the tools that allow you to jump to the end page will be disabled, and you will have to read all the way through from the beginning in order to get any news or insight.

Dave.

This Lance guy has a friggin Doctorate degree in harassment...He sure knows how to orchestrate the hate and smear.

It's about time that he begins to receive a taste of what he so masterfully dishes out.

Grow up Lance, and show a shred of humanity, cause' you continue to be the cancer in cycling.....DESPITE your retirement!

Can't really see why fan-boys would be hurt by this.

It's like being right there and listening to this megalomaniac carry on.

Fan -boys should just take a 20 minute shower.

Great stuff, love it!

What, not talk about the exploits of a 7 time TdF winner?
You gotta be kidding....

Don't they shut things down in places like china, when the talk isn't to their liking?

Keep the thread open, we're not afraid of the truth.

Any racer who has admitted doping to the GJ yet continues to race is lower than pond scum.

As I understand it, this is The Clinic - NOT the Lance Armstrong Forum.
He has not won a meaningful race in years btw.
Maybe you should bury this thread over on the massive "Lance Thread"?
Just saying.

Exactly. Good to see you finally come around on this Polish.

He's (she's?) using my words against me in a harmless manner, as I post those words when new Lance threads pop up, before merging them into the massive Lance thread. Like I'm going to do now with this one.

Just saying.

He hasn't pocketed a multi-million appearance fee since ... January. Not old news.

Keep the thread open, we're not afraid of the truth.

Now that Eddie M is talking about Contador and the possibility that perhaps Mr. Verbruggen has some "political" influence even Lance's supporters are warming up to the massive scale of the deception. Granted, King Ed was talking about Contador and not being able to choke down the tainted beef story but introducing UCI corruption into the discussion is a new level of dialogue, isn't it? New is good...keep it going.

+1
Agreed.
Lance-fanboys like D-Queued and Berzin..probably paid by Fabiani to stop us discussing the truth.

Yes, I'm new here..
Allthough I agree that the Armstrong case takes to much attention sometimes, there's no reason why this thread should be shut down.
