Why not?
are you switching off your TV, radio and internet for the next couple of years?
Even then, you might read about it in the newspaper.

The grand jury findings aren't made public if no indictments. Correct? So how would we know if it's ongoing or finished?

Not what the article says. They say that a source close to the negotiations claims that they are signing up for 2 more years. Doesn't say RS but all three sponsors.

More spin, methinks. TRS may continue, but I'll be surprised if RS themselves are as prominent a sponsor without LA.

Here is what it says buddy " source close to the negotiations has told VeloNews that RadioShack, Nissan and Trek will all continue to back the U.S-based team through the end of 2013. "

This may or may not have been posted. Interesting assessment of a Lance Armstrong interview will Larry King by a former CIA agent (and confessed Armstrong fan) trained to tell if people are lying.

Turns out, old Lance doesn't do so well here.

A website to learn how to detect deception. A "liespotter", no less.
Whatever will those clever people from the internet come up with next?.

Interesting. From the article:

Nice catch, it seems that he missed that point in the article. The funny thing is that his fans channel his lies and their deceptive covers. Crazy!!

I don't think the CIA guy learned his trade on the internet.

Is anyone else here concerned about Lance exploding?

His anger could generate very high internal internal pressures in which case his extraordinary athleticisim and enhanced musculature become particularly dangerous. Because like a pipe bomb, the explosive yield depends on the bursting strength of the container.

Now, i think you are lying, but I'm not very good at detecting that sort of thing. If only there was somewhere I could improve my skills....

The article was interesting, and much of what that guy wrote cannot be argued with. LA's lying is obvious to most here, even us "fanboys" though I am without blinders. I don't have to be trained by the CIA to see it, do you?

Haven't you been banned recently? You come right back in and get posts deleted and edited. It you want some tips on how to avoid such things just PM me.

Never read the book. I was too afraid it would be full of that sort of banal rhetoric.

Is that the banality of evil, or the evil of banality?

The evil of the insatiable vanity of a narcissist.

Lance fans should take solace in him showing so many indicators of deception. It is not easy for people to lie outright. At least it refutes the suggestion that he is a sociopath (isn't there a thread on that here somewhere?).

ChrisE - maybe there's a market for a website on how to handle the CN forum mods. Could be an opportunity for you there.

It seems as much as most on this forum are drooling awaiting the disastrous demise of all-things Armstrong, they will be gnashing their teeth over this one.

Funny, you'd think the sponsorship would be fleeing, but maybe general public opinion is still favorable.

The winds that blow here have little effect on the what will be, but I am sure that this thread will never end. Lance needs no good lawyer, just a good Spanish judge. :D

Firstly, I firmly belive LA has been lying his whole life, but as you said, I don't need the fibmeister to tell me whats what.

Secondly, yes, I have recently been banned, but after some low moments of shame and some hard drinking I have come through the other side.
Thanks for the offer of coaching though, I'm sure I can be taught to do better.

There are a couple of characters alone whose 'investment' decisions appear bottomless.

...counting down to the next appearance by this BMC fellow...

ChrisE, I am always up for new business opportunities. Maybe we can partner up!

Andy1234, ditto on ChrisE's question. If you believe he lies, what is your problem with the article?

Dave.

LA is a nice distraction. Here's some other news for you all.

http://velonews.competitor.com/2011...riders-samples-ahead-of-tour-de-france_179976

Sounds like Puerto II. No worries though, ya just need a good Spanish judge. :D
you know, there is an entire forum section devoted to doping. if you stepped outside the LA threads, you might find those articles have already been discussed

nice distraction, though.
