I find it amusing that all the posts re "secret" or "sealed" court decisions are based on RR copying a tweet - maybe I've missed something, but can anyone confirm a ruling? A link? (and not a link to more twit blather) A reputable source? Anything?

If somebody wanted to spend the money to go on PACER (the fed courts' website/database) and look up the case, they'd see the order if it was there. Otherwise our only source is apparently a tweet from an Outside editor.

of course this all means that Wonderboy will not be going to jail, the witch hunt failed, everything is all back to normal. The Myth survives!

Greyson is a good journalist. He has multiple sources on either side of the case. I trust he would not write anything unless he was confident it was the case.

Now, back on topic. What about the leaks? Has anyone found an example of one yet?

It wasn't "made up" - it was reported by Greyson.
So, if you have a problem with verification then take it up with them.

Also if there was a ruling and you are looking for info of which way the ruling went - well, what part of sealed are you struggling with?

Well I don't have time. So I was just kindly asking. I did a google search for LA news. Nothing but real old stuff. So I guess I'll here about it in the funny papers if it's for real. Thanks for the kind words.

What is wrong with requesting links?
If someone claims something then they should have no problem accounting for where it came from - then it is up to the reader to decide if they do or do not wish to believe the information.

Anyway, BPC knows what I mean.
