Yup gesink has lost a minute... he will probably lose at least 3 by th eend of the stage.

his arm is dead. I think he'll be pulled from the squad after the stage. They'll take him to the hospital and diagnose him with a broken collar bone

With the roster they have at the moment, and the team (and ambitions) they sent to France, the current state of affairs (read only at stage 5) they are kind of pathetic. Seems that everything Breukink touches turns into the opposite of gold.

I am in complete agreement here. Rabobank have more money than every team except Astana and Columbia and yet they barely win anything. They are the most chronic underperforming team in the sport right now.

Agreed. They have the funds to sign some big names, i know they tried to get spartacus at some stage last year, but canc wasn't interested in leaving saxo.

They have some great youngsters, but that doesn't really cut it.

As long as they don't start the stare down too early, they'll survive. They are within 10k and have more than a minute. That gives them around 30s staring time... Ignatiev to open the attackes, followed by Voeckler. Then Geslin, Hutarovich follows slyly, and he'll win the sprint.

I dont think many can be unhappy with Voeckler winning today. Can't think of many riders that deserve a stage more then him after years of trying.

Versus sucks!!!! I missed the finish!!! Unreal!

Incredible!!!
They cut to commercial during the finish today... I got to watch a garlique commercial instead of the finish. How incredibly unprofessional- no- just plain tacky! Versus should stick to redneck sports like bull wrestling and leave the TDF to a pro outfit. Despite the excellent Paul and Phil, Versus has shown they can royally screw up sports coverage. I'm lucky.. I can watch the French coverage on cable TV5, and they actually show the race.. not the ENDLESS hype typical of Versus.

Meh, the way everyone is talking on Dutch TV make it seem pretty likely he's going to pull out.

EDIT: He's finished now, 9.30 minutes back. Can barely hold the handlebars. He's out.

Great! After Rooijakkers, another dutchy out...:(
