It's like 4 minutes I think atm.

6 min.

Apologies, the Dutch NOS broadcast provides images and info of this race, which means abysmal information and no time gaps or km to finish. They don't bother with trivial stuff like that

What proportion of the race are serious TT contenders expected to race hard? Will Martin/Cancellara etc do more than 3 or 4 loops of Box Hill?

Cancellara is going for gold. Martin will help Greipel, but not kill himself.

Seriously, why would you want to focus on the RR with 200 km to go? Keep a tab on it while you take this chance to watch more obscure sports! Like judo and fencing.

Well Martin will probably be expected to help Griepel and Cancellara pretty much always races to win and got bronze (later silver) in the Beijing RR before winning the TT. I don't think any of the big names will not get involved, this opportunity only comes around once every four years.

I'm disappointed that there's no decent broadcast for this. :| The BBC one looked good but now they're showing gymnastics. Forget the US Broadcast. Do I really need to have cable to watch the whole thing? Steephill is failing me!

BBC 3 use the red button and you can chose cycling .

What a fail crash again. Seriously, waiting for Bruyneel to say it's unsafe without communication equipment.

Safety fail, strict security in which guys like Cipollini and Merckx get told of, but Dutch commentator manages to get a can of coffee through security unnoticed.

Shows again what a fail all that TSA-like security is. It's only to give a feeling of security to general public, but the only thing it really is, is annoying.
