I'm starting to fear the 1-2-3-4...Bissegger very disappointing, the Jumbo 1-2-3 looks inevitable now...
Joao Almida with a 5 Yr contract on millions of € a year.
Don't think so. Martinez and SKA are good TTers and started right after Yates.Change in wind? Seems like a suprising result for Yates
Doubt it given that Bissegger underwhelmed and started like 10 minutes prior.Change in wind? Seems like a suprising result for Yates
Yates said to himself today: "And why shouldn't I be good in timetrials?"
And so she is good.
Yeah, but over 1sec per Km on Dani Martinez is still a really good result for him.Yates overplayed his hand on the flat, it seems.
I think it's less the climbs being hard and more there being relatively little flat in between. Not that much terrain to utilise a big engine. That said, Bissegger should normally be able to at least come closer.Seems like the uphill ramp at the start and the punchy climb at the finish are underrated.
A specialist like Bissegger is "only" fifth (at the movement)..
