I don't think that they've raced the same stage race with an ITT with both of them going for the gc that often, at least If my memory serves me right.

Should also be able to deal with the climb at the end, it's similar (slightly easier on paper but made harder because they hit it at lower speed) to the finish where he narrowly lost to Coquard in Bessèges.

A bit strange because the team has good TT bikes and his form seems to be fine. I guess lack of training on his TT bike could be the answer.
