Okay guys, I've also signed it.

I wouldn't fully agree with some of the expression but I think supporting such an action may be good for cycling itself.

I can translate the petition to Polish if you want to.

This petition will have a better chance of succeeding if it is done honestly. My name was added without my consent. That now substantially decreases the likelihood of my participating.

I have asked that my name be removed.

The 100 was an arbitrary number. The more the merrier. It's the signal we send to UCI and the public awareness we create.

We're likely to leave the petition open as long as it gets interest. Lots of stuff to do to keep building momentum, translations, and broader outreach via social media.

And remember the objective, we're after change in the administration in the sport as outlined in the letter, via a change in leadership first.

Thanks for your support. Together we do have a voice.

Both Dan and are noted on teh petition as having signed it. We did not do this. Someone used our names. This is not acceptable. I have already notified the petition website.

Susan

The whole thing is a joke, seriously nobody cares what some web petition says, especially one where all the names are now suspect. Do you think Race Radio would sign the petition as, raceradio, proud member of the clinic 12?

I must admit, i agree.
I am all for the removal of Fat Pat & wine Hein, but petitions are quite meaningless, they only allow us to vent our frustrations instead of looking at ways to be productive.

Nothing against what was trying to be achieved - I wrote an open letter asking Pat to resign in 2010 - but with the list now being compromised a better alternative should be sought.

Which points towards pro-Armstrong/UCI trolls trying to discredit the petition.
yes, you hit the nail on the head.

at least Andy Shen verified (via twitter) that his sig is legit.

still, it's a pity... the petition has been compromised.

Relax guys - get the names taken off and proceed. Give it a bit of time on twitter and see what happens. If it becomes redundant, ah well. Don't get off the horse before the first hurdle.

Maybe I'm optimistic but this will take care of itself. There is no way that Pat can survive this for much longer.
