What INDURAIN did in Luxemburgo or especially in Bergerac was much much impressive:

Basta con recordar que aquel día, Indurain metía 2:00 a Toni Rominger, 4:22 a De las Cuevas, 5:27 a Chris Boardman, 6:04 a Ugrumov, que a la postre acabó segundo en París, 8:04 a Chiappucci, 9:03 a Zülle, 10:37 a Bugno, 10:59 a Pantani, que fue tercero en ese Tour del 94.

I cant compare that era or Ulle era to now, but if you mean performance, that is the most impressive ITT ever, nor Merck, nor Hinault, nor Anquetil, nor Ulle nor Lance...
