perhaps his MTB program simply didn't cut it for the road.
or perhaps he worked with leinders in 2003/4, but not afterwards.
he doped afterwards

again, i find it odd and inappropriate that USADA vouched for the truthfulness of Hesjedal's under oath confession.

happychappy said:I like the way you list exactly what Sheppard was banned for but you simply refer to Green as "a doping suspension". It's all about the spin isn't it.
Roland Green was banned for 6 months for not renewing a TUE on his Asthma inhaler.
agreed.Dr. Maserati said:Have you read Hesjedal's USADA under oath confession? Of course not - so you don't know when he says he stopped doping.
More importantly, USADA have the testimony of many riders so they will be able to piece together what is and is not truthful. If he is caught lying he will be in big trouble and rightly so.
And just so we are clear - I don't believe RH stopped in 2003 - it would seem incredible to not continue what he had started until at least the Olympics of 2004. Still outside the SoL.
Dr. Maserati said:Have to ask - how do you know this, or is this just your own opinion?
sniper said:agreed.
having given it a second thought (see also my previous post):
the fact that usada vouch for ryder's truthfulness combined with the fact(which isn't yet a fact but let's assume) that ryder is implicated as doping in 2004 by barry's affidavit could suggest ryder did actually confess to doping post-2003.
question would then of course be: why the discrepancy between his public statement and the under-oath-confession?
Why the CCES quote then? (see post 366)pastronef said:because Rasmussen just spoke about 2003.

you usually post a link or explanation when you make a statement like that here....

Two-time suspended, unrepentant Michele Scarponi signs for Astana the same day Hesjedal gets a pummelling. What's that Twitter? <tumbleweed>

RH doped after the so called end of doping.
mewmewmew13 said:I'm not saying at all that I think he stopped in 2003...
but when a weighty statement is dropped there is usually a link or at least a statement of some reason posted...
keeps it diff from 'opinion' or 'hearsay'

it's been pent up inside him for a long time and he seems like the 'payback' kinda guy

You logged in, you clicked the Clinic, you read some posts and you chose to post.
You decided for some reason to post that "he doped afterwards" - no one forced you to comment or intervene.
So again, did you hear that, or is it your opinion?
(From that I can decide whether it has merit)
