I might be wrong but I think Alan Pérez was their highest RVV finisher.

I do know that a Euskaltel rider finished ahead of Devolder at Roubaix.

edit:
I am wrong. Pérez was their only Roubaix finisher. Gorka Izagirre was their highest RVV finisher, in 62nd. Probably not surprising since Izagirre is a former cyclocrosser.

Cover with the biggest names of the Tour this year. Now it's my time to rage Hitch, no Gilbert :p

And yes, I like the fact Gesink isn't on it and VDB2 is :D

Yes. I like that too. About time Samu was ahead of someone, anyone on hype in the media, even if he is almost totaly hidden.

Gilbert should be there no doubt. Probably ahead of Farrar and Wiggins.

You do know that these photos have to be taken as well? Albeit separately.

edit: miraculously your post turned into another one...

I'm pretty sure there are posing photos in circulation of Gesink :p

...and standing at the front is the chosen one, the fan fav, Andy Schleck. I think I'm going to be sick. To add to my nausea Trek is the only bike maker to warrant a full picture of their bike.

Schleck and Cav at the front! I promise I didn't design this cover! :p

The full picture of the Trek is a bit much, though.
Maybe Contador could have been in front of the wheel.

Still, I imagine this cover will help the magazine sell well to the casual cycling fan, not so much to forumites, though!
(I'd like a poster of the cover though! :D)

Nice to see Sanchez actually on the cover! Hitch is somewhat pleased!

Yes good to see Sanchez getting a bit of respect. I can't see why Wiggins is there other than this being an Anglo mag. Gilbert definitely deserved a spot before Wiggins in all fairness.

Are you another thee_chisa?

Spent all Tour buildup talking about how wiggins was going to podium and Samu wasnt going to make top 20. Raked up 400 posts singing this song.

Never heard from again.

Definitely considering he'll probably be the first maillot jaune and win 2 or 3 stages!

Samu missed the nationals because they got in the way of his preparation for the Tour in the Rioja region:

These Samuel Sanchezs didn't make it into the pro peloton. Some, however made it into jail, others into university and one of them started a singing career. Life is so very interesting.
