Enough of a reason?

why bury it here in the middle of a wackjob thread that 80% of the forum probably dismisses when they read the first post?

Put it somewhere more likely to be seen and/or generate more serious discussion.

Maybe we can get the Mods to change the Thread title to "Lance Is Number One Doper".

Then people will read it.

Dave.

Good news! I added a link to that post on the first post! Now it won't be so hard to find.

What's wrong with the first post? Those people run the World Tour teams, ran teams during the EPO party years and earlier still in some cases. Are they just innocent bystanders to the evil lone athetes doping schemes?

Please, explain. This time without personal attack. I know that will be hard, but try.

I agree with Cycle Chic here and I'm pretty sure that Impey is riding on a doped bike to get 11th position on a sprint

Well I do think she needs to re-write her opening salvo, as it is now it does not read as she's post explained it.

do I have to say it again - I am not accusing orica of doping...I am stating that this is a UCI set up to encourage a wider audience for cycling...English speaking...it started with the UK last 2 years and recently the huge exposure that MTN Quebeka have. Its now Australia.

You seem to be clinging to the tv subscriptions - that's only part of the revenues that add to the money pot.

And as you correctly point out - it is very small margins that got Orica the wins....a little easier to 'manipulate' than minutes.

I dont think its a setup, could be but I dont think so, the UCI needs to be on their very best behavior because their being threatened by riders and outsiders alike.

Hmm...Do I think the TTT winners are doped, in my opinion I think they've doped yes. Others are free to express their opinions, I dont hate anybody for what they think.

Australians have always done well at sprinting and time trials. They really like that, track racing to. Their sports program is very serious, I remember way back when the 60 minutes aired Junior Australian dope scandal. There is certainly big rewards for performing in Australia, they love their sport.

She even compares him with Dawg, which is utterly ridiculous and her arguments are mostly rubbish, (Doped chronometres, Cadel considering himself as French, questioning Gerrans' victory) and he got his jersey because nothing happened in this first week and Gerrans possibly transferred (Or ordered to do so) the yellow jersey.

I totally agree with her and think that Ciolek's MSR win was staged, the media barons always bribe Sagan in those situations

Indeed. Development program's here are taken very seriously, just take Robbie McEwen's book when he was at AIS under Charlie Walsh and read between the lines. You either "found a way to cope" or got cut loose. That's why so many promising kids stop progressing when they get there.

The premise of the thread is idiotic. Furthermore its been overrun by a lot of the usual suspects (for trolling) and the entire first 30 or so posts which i skim read was back and forth on the OP.

No one is going to bother digging into the 4th or 5th page on the off chance that something off topic of actual value comes up.

I don't think that this is the thread you think it is. It wasn't your "cleanest peloton ever" thread I was calling "wackjob" but this thread. The thread about the TDF conspiracy to get an African in yellow by doctoring TTT times. See the difference?

Do you want me to tell you when Pat picked his nose and on what day and time

Its not rocket science....who is going to benefit from this huge influx of revenue to Cycling ? all the teams...sponsors climb onboard....money money money.....do you think the Teams' Management wouldn't all be interested in a particular Team winning to boost the money pot ?

Did you hear any cries of dismay from Movistar or Liquigas last year when Sky took over ? no ! because they are benifitting from the increase in ££££££££'s.

Who benefitted from Lance winning the Tour all those years ? EVERY TEAM IN THE PELOTON that's who !

In other words, "I'm full of **** and don't have an answer".

This is a great theory you've got going here CC. Is it a prerequisite that a theory exhibit coherent thought? If so, never mind. Nevertheless, this is a great collection of unrelated seemingly randomly generated thoughts you've got here CC.

p.s. Watch out for the lizards.

What threat? Armstrong's fraud has **barely** touched the UCI. The only greater authority is Rogge at the IOC and he gave Hein and Pat the public thumbs-up early on after the USADA documentation went public and Hein was still trying to protect Armstrong.

Sheesh it was a light hearted jibe on the number of full stops in ebandits posts. Not meant to be offensive. Just some light hearted fun.

Now lets get back to the serious business of discussing time split doping of Anglo TTT results.
