I'm still more favourable to the 'big punch up with Jhonathan Narvaez after San Remo' explanation myself.

Thanks!
That is a possible scenario. They have a better sprint and he needs to drop them or hope that they have empty legs when it is time to sprint.I think its gonna be something similar to what happened in MSR.
I can see Pogi and MVDP riding away, and Ganna and WVA slightly distanced but then coming back. Then Pogi losing against all of them at the end.
This is what cycling needs. Guys like Pogacar are a joy to watch and increase cycling's popularity. Don't tell ever again he is bad for this sport when he is constantly defying cycling's logic! Hail to him for trying to race Paris Roubaix and be the best ambassador cycling could have.
Yes! Let us dream big!Pogacar on TILT!
pissed at losing MSR now making bad judgements.
Lets see what happens
like an addict on the slot machines on a losing streak.

Monsieur Paris-Roubaix Roger De Vlaeminck: "Tadej Pogacar? Wij reden toch ook alle koersen?" | sporza
He can say what he wants. He is a legend who have three more MSR than Pogacar. The troll is back!

For his age he is incredibly childish. Can only talk *** about riders from later eras because he can't stand someone performing better than him. Just an overall miserable figure. He can say what he wants. He is a legend who have three more MSR than Pogacar.
Also whole peloton is racing against him on Strade, MSR, RVV, Amstel, FW and LBL. Then If he doesn't win at least 4 of those races, he is somehow a loser. Just crazy standards for TdF winner.
The multiple leader tactic does not work when one of the leaders is a guy like Pogi or MVDP.It appears the game for uae at P-R is multiple leaders. Or maybe just one leader with two other contenders in tow. IMO this is a recipe for failure that will rely on at least as much luck as it does ability for pogi. It requires him to match completely with mvp to win, no early pressure.
Next year and the following years Pogi will need the full team to make the race as hard as possible before tearing off the front. This maximalises his chances imo.
Sometimes i wonder if De Vlaeminck is mentally limitedIm done hahaha
„Waarna De Vlaeminck nog eens onderstreept dat Pogacar zich gelukkig mag prijzen dat hij niet meer tegen Merckx hoeft te koersen.
"Vent, toch: ik weet hoe snel Eddy kon rijden. Ik heb dikwijls met angst in zijn wiel gezeten, hoor”
Depends on the race and the leaders. It has worked out great for Alpecin in recent years. It's a bit different with UAE as they don't have a very strong sprint, but they should still have plenty of firepower to go against the others. I hope van Aert is at his best. The multiple leader tactic does not work when one of the leaders is a guy like Pogi or MVDP.
Multiple leaders is the best option for PR unless your name is Fabian Cancellara. It appears the game for uae at P-R is multiple leaders. Or maybe just one leader with two other contenders in tow. I think Philipsen has benefitted twice from being MVDP's teammate at Roubaix. That said, I don't think he had much to do with him winning the race on either occasion, and few would call him a leader even this year despite his previous top 2 result. A traditional domestique like Vermeersch has been more influential, imo.Depends on the race and the leaders. It has worked out great for Alpecin in recent years. To be clear, as you might know I'm not a member of the Pog-worship-cult.For his age he is incredibly childish. Can only talk *** about riders from later eras because he can't stand someone performing better than him. Just an overall miserable figure.
All those other legends have always been nothing but gracious except for him.
If Pogacar's passion was gambling he would be banned in Macau, Las Vegas, Monaco.. anywhere with big stakes gambling would ban him!! He would be run out of bingo halls with his winning record!!Pogacar on TILT!

According to PCS, he's doing Dwars, RVV, Brabantse, and full Ardennes. Roubaix doesn't suit him anyway.Any news about Narvaez missing E3 and GW? Is he doing RVV-PR double and doesn't want to overrace to be in shape for the Ardennes?
